Our favourite Bachelor Australia alumnae, Brittany Hockley, is pregnant with her first child with husband, Ben Siegrist.
The Life Uncut podcast host announced the exciting news on Instagram in a sunset video with Siegrist, where the soccer player is seen kissing her bare belly.
“Can’t believe we are saying this, but it’s time for the next chapter … Baby squid is on its way!” Hockley, 38, captioned the post.
The joyous news comes just months after Hockley revealed she and her husband had experienced fertility issues and were struggling to conceive.
In a video shared to Instagram in July, the 38-year-old lamented over the constant questions she was receiving about when or if she was going to have children.
“It’s not for lack of trying trust me. No harm is ever meant when people ask, I know that,” she penned. “And my answer might sound blunt. But we haven’t been able to fall pregnant. This is just the truth of it.
“And anyone that struggles with infertility knows it consumes your life and your thoughts. Because I also wonder when and if we will have kids.”
The couple, who first met in 2022, tied the knot in Pandawa Cliff Estate in Bali in June of 2025.
The bride wore a Steven Khalil dress constructed with a lace corset bodice and floral-adorned skirt so voluptuous she revealed she “had to request a four metre wide aisle”.
Sharing the first images with marie claire at the time, Hockley also spoke about what the future would hold for them as a married couple.
“We are married and we will be long distance again still, because we still have our lives,” she says. “Ben’s life is still in Europe, my life is still here currently. We are making plans for the future to spend more time together, we just don’t know what it looks like.”
