The second episode of Channel Nine’s highly-anticipated social experiment Married At First Sight is here, and we’re treated to more weddings.
Watch Below: MAFS Amanda Gets Grilled By Amanda’s Bridesmaids
We start by learning how Poppy and Luke’s morning after went, and the two seem to be going stronger than the wedding night – despite Poppy’s skin reacting to the stress of the experiment. Next, we discover Josh and Cathy are “still riding the high of their magical day” and the now-husband would “high-five” the experts if they were there.
It’s then time to meet the next couples! MAFS’ first same-sex couple since Australia’s legalisation of marriage equality is described by the experts as “their most important”. We meet Amanda and Tash, who are both looking for a committed, stable relationship. Amanda’s father was unable to make it to the wedding, leaving her in tears. “It would have been nice to have him,” she says through tears. “You want your parents on your wedding day.”
Next up we have Natasha, who we quickly learn is normally attracted to men older than herself and who’s hoping to find someone who is her equal. “I’m desperate for the experts’ help,” she says. The experts decide to pair Natasha up with Mickey, who despite growing up “affluent” is ready to settle down and meet the one. At the wedding, one of Natasha’s friends proclaims “She’ll eat him alive.”

I guess the girls in red are it #mafs
Nothing like the phrase "Want to come outside with me and have a chat?". I'm sure it'll be lovely. Start with a little drama and end in a hug. #MAFS
