The long-awaited 92nd Academy Awards are officially underway at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre, and stars have brought their fashion A-game to the prestigious ceremony.

Australian talent got a good nod in the ceremonies nomination list, with Margot Robbie landing a nomination for her work in Bombshell. In an interesting twist, Netflix received more nominations, 24 to be exact, than any other major Hollywood studio or distributor, thanks in large part to the performance of The Irishman and Marriage Story. Although, once again, female filmmakers were entirely shut out of the best director race. The nominees include Martin Scorsese for The Irishman, Sam Mendes for 1917, Quentin Tarantino for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Bong Joon Ho for Parasite. Many believed Greta Gerwig deserved a nomination for her work on Little Women.

But before we find out which film will take out the top gong (will it be Joker or Parasite?) and which leading man and woman will take home the coveted Best Actor award, there is a whole lot happening on the red carpet.
