Reese Witherspoon is all about the #proudmom moment on Instagram – she frequently posts pictures with her doppelgänger daughter Ava Philippe, and has now shared an emotional post on her son Deacon Phillippe’s 14th birthday.

Deacon’s dad, actor Ryan Phillippe, also shared a happy birthday message to his son on social media.
