And that feels increasingly relevant. Our cars have become an extension of our lives: somewhere we commute, listen to podcasts, take weekend trips, ferry friends around and, occasionally, eat breakfast when we’re running late. The things we spend that much time with should feel good to be in.
The EX30 also makes the transition to electric feel less daunting. As a fully electric SUV, it offers the quieter, smoother drive associated with EVs, while its compact size makes sense for navigating busy streets and everyday errands.
But perhaps the most appealing thing about the EX30 is that it doesn’t look like it’s trying to convince you that electric driving is the future. It simply looks like a really well-designed car.
And maybe that’s the most Scandinavian thing about it of all: thoughtful, functional and aesthetically pleasing, without ever needing to shout about it.
