Taylor Swift’s wedding celebrations are ramping up with the bride reportedly hosting a bachelorette party this past week. Amid reports of increased security, black SUVs, and even rumoured celebrity sightings at Swift’s Rhode Island mansion, it seems likely that something went down in the name of her nuptials.
While details from the inside of Swift’s enormous Watch Hill house are under strict lock-and-key, we’ve been gathering evidence of a bachelorette party – including who made the guestlist for the intimate soiree.

Taylor is known for her wide circle of celebrity friends. Since early in her career, Swift’s friendships have courted as much interest as her romantic relationships – which is to say a lot!
People often forget that friendship is as baked-in to the Swift brand as Easter Eggs and the number 13. (Lest we forget, this is a woman whose dedicated fans elevated homemade friendship bracelets to an art form.) So, when it comes to hosting the ultimate girls’ night, we have to pause and wonder – was the full ‘Swift Squad’ invited, and what was on the agenda?
Here’s what we know about the hotly rumoured bachelorette party. But first thing’s first…
Did Taylor Swift have a bachelorette party?
As with all aspects of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s nuptials, the bachelor and bachelorette parties have been shrouded in secrecy. However, there is some evidence to suggest something happened at Swift’s Rhode Island home on around June 18. While early reports of fireworks booked in the area led to speculation the wedding was taking place, this was later swapped for a more feasible theory: Swift was holding a bachelorette party.
Exhibit A involved a since-deleted TikTok, which showed a woman – reportedly resembling Swift – wearing white standing on the balcony of the singer’s Rhode Island mansion, surrounded by three other women all wearing black robes.

There was also footage of a woman resembling Swift’s childhood friend Abigail Anderson standing on the porch with a baby on June 17, the day before the alleged party.
Meanwhile, that very same night, Swift’s fiance, Travis Kelce, was spotted far away in Los Angeles. According to Page Six, The Kansas City Chiefs player attended the Bird Streets Club – a members-only social club in West Hollywood – with brother Jason Kelce and teammate Ross Travis.
So, despite limited intel from the inside, what do we know about Taylor’s rumoured bachelorette party?
The Venue
If a bachelorette party indeed took place, it happened inside Taylor Swift’s stunning Rhode Island home.

The sprawling three-storey, eight-bedroom property is located in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, and is a favourite summer retreat for the Life Of A Showgirl singer.
Swift purchased the home in 2013 for over $17.75 million. Over the years, the home has been the location of Taylor’s many Fourth of July parties, and attended by many celebrity guests, like Blake Lively, Cara Delevingne, Ruby Rose, Ryan Reynolds, Gigi Hadid and Tom Hiddleston.
The Guest List
We can presume the guest list for Taylor’s bachelorette party would include many of the names speculated to be invited to her wedding.
While no bachelorette party guests were confirmed by Taylor’s team, there was footage of Swift’s childhood bestie, Abigail, on the balcony of the property. The two have known each other for more than 20 years, having met in high school. Taylor also served as Abigail’s own bridesmaid. So, news of her presence at Swift’s would-be bachelorette party is not that surprising.

If we were to take a guess at the other invitees, we suspect they’d include:
- Selena Gomez
- Gigi Hadid
- the Haim sisters
- Zoe Kravitz, and
- Lena Dunham.
There’s also a good chance Swift would invite family, like mum Andrea Swift, future mother-in-law Donna Kelce, and Jason Kelce‘s wife, Kylie Kelce.
With the wedding reported to have over 1,200 guests, there’s a chance Swift’s bachelorette party guest list was significantly greater than the aforementioned names. However, there was at least one person confirmed as not in attendance: Blake Lively. Page Six snapped the actress grocery shopping in New York during Taylor’s rumoured festivities.

The Activities
While previous summer parties at Swift’s Rhode Island compound have included jumping castles and trips to the beach, this wasn’t the case at her bachelorette party. (We can only imagine the paparazzi furore should any celeb poke their identifiable head outside the event venue!)
However, as for what went on inside, The New York Times speculated that Swift, a world-renowned homebody, might do something cosy and low key for her pre-marital soiree. Interviewing luxury event planner Tracy Taylor Ward, the Times suggested Swift might make “the bachelorette about her story with each person who’s attending.” This could include hand-written notes and personalised notebooks, Ward said.
Given Swift herself confessed on New Heights that she frequently gifts people loaves of homemade sourdough, we wouldn’t reject the idea that monogrammed baked goods were involved in some way!
Meanwhile, if there were cocktails on offer, it’s possible Swift’s recent favourite, a French Blonde, was on the menu. The summery cocktail combines gin, grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc and elderflower liqueur in a martini glass.
While we may never know exactly how Swift chose to spend her bachelorette, we hope the details will come to light in a string of post-wedding media appearances.
