Orlando Bloom’s Viral Daily Routine Is Both Chaotic And Perfect, So Of Course, Twitter Is Going Wild Over It

"I like to earn my breakfast"

From Gwyneth Paltrow’s bee sting therapy to Emily Ratajkowski’s Snail Mucin skincare, famous faces aren’t short of obscure daily rituals, and now, it looks as if Orlando Bloom is the next to take the spotlight.

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times Magazine, Bloom proves that no matter where you come from, the quintessential Los Angeles lifestyle is bound to catch up with you, and of course, the internet can’t get enough.

“I’m a Capricorn, so I crave routine,” he admits at the start, attempting to justify the information with an astrological connotation.

Right after he rises, Bloom checks his FitBit to ensure he achieved eight hours of sleep, then he checks in on his baby daughter, Daisy, saying: “I’ll kiss [Daisy] and we’ll spend some time connecting. I’ll do eye-gazing with her and sing songs.”

But that’s not the real start of his day. Following their bonding time, he marks that with 20 minutes of Buddhist chanting, after which he’ll read a “bit of Buddhism”, which he types up on his Instagram Stories. However, he tries to abstain from using his phone too much because he doesn’t “want to be sucked into the black hole of social media.”

Following his chanting, Bloom prepares his pre-breakfast because he is yet to “earn” his main breakfast—a concept regular folk struggle to fathom. His pre-game meal is typically “some green powders that I mix with brain octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails, and some protein.”

In fact, he knows that his routine is already the lifestyle most of us wish they had. “It’s all quite L.A. really,” he reflects. Once he’s devoured the concoction, he uses the time to “go for a hike while I listen to some Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots.”

Upon his return at around 9 a.m., Bloom gives himself permission for solid foods, opting for “usually porridge, a little hazelnut milk, cinnamon, vanilla paste, hazelnuts, goji berries, a vegan protein powder and a cup of PG Tips.” Come time for lunch, Bloom choose to indulge his palate in a some “vegetables or a stew.”

But of course, Bloom’s dedication to food prep and consumption doesn’t take up the entirety of Bloom’s waking hours. Working on projects for streaming giant Amazon he said, “I spent a lot of my time dreaming about roles for myself and others—for minorities and women.”

Later in the day, he enjoys some quality time with his LEGO—a habit he formed during COVID-19—building cars while he’s working. “[I] find the methodical nature of creating this little thing makes me feel like I’m achieving something else.”

After his work day is over, it’s time to hit the home gym, put his baby to bed and make some dinner. After which he watches a movie or documentary for work before bedtime at 11pm.

“Time is so precious. I was always giving my time to other people before. Now I have the space to dream,” he concluded.

Naturally, Twitter is having a field day over Bloom’s routine, and of course, it didn’t disappoint. Scroll on for the best reactions to Orlando Bloom’s wild and oddly perfect daily routine—and which facets of it we’re stealing for ours.
