Prior to dating the Russian beauty, the American Sniper hunk was romantically linked with some of Hollywood’s most successful women (and, no, Lady Gaga is not one of them).

Jennifer Esposito (2006)
Cooper made his debut appearance with girlfriend Jennifer Esposito at the 2006 Golden Globe Awards. The pair dated for less than a year before announcing their engagement in October of 2006. Their marriage was seemingly short-lived as Esposito filed for divorce just four months after they tied the knot.
Isabella Brewster (2008)
Although much of their romance was left to speculation, Cooper and American casting agent Isabelle Brewster coupled up in 2008 before parting ways a year later.
Renée Zellweger (2009)
Cooper first met Renée Zellweger on the set of Case 39, and the two started dating in Summer of 2009. The couple called it quits in March 2011 with reports that Cooper’s first starring role in Limitless placed a strain on the relationship.
Jennifer Lopez (2011)
Speculation was rife after Cooper and singer Jennifer Lopez were spotted intimately dining together in 2011, following news of her divorce from Marc Anthony. The duo had a brief stint for a couple of months before realising that a romantic relationship could not come to fruition.
Zoe Saldana (2011)
You could say that Cooper had a thing for getting with his co-stars after he started dating actress Zoe Salanda in 2011. The pair got together and broke up twice, citing “conflicting schedules” for their second and final split in late 2012.
Suki Waterhouse (2013)
Cooper and model Suki Waterhouse started dating in March 2013 and amicably parted two years later, understandably due to the reason that Cooper was ready to settle down while Waterhouse was not – she was 23 at the time and Cooper was 40.
Irina Shayk (2015 – Now)
Supermodel Irina Shayk started dating Cooper in early 2015, soon after her split with Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo. Cooper and Shayk have been together for almost four years and welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lea De Seine, in March 2017. The pair announced their split in June, 2019.
