The Duchess of Cambridge stepped up her style game to celebrate Prince Charles’ 70th birthday at Buckingham Palace last night. Wearing a Barbie pink dress – a colour we’ve never seen before on the mother-of-three, Kate wore her hair pulled back into a sleek bun and accessorised with diamond drop earrings.
The evening event comes just a day after the palace released a candid portrait of the family to celebrate the Duke of Edinburgh’s milestone birthday. Unfortunately for us, the gala was a private event, which means it’s unlikely we’ll get any photos from inside the palace – or ever see Kate’s killer outfit in full.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were also spotted arriving at the event with the pregnant Duchess also opting for her hair pulled back and large, diamond earrings.
