When it comes to her fashion choices, Kate Middleton rarely steps a foot wrong, especially when she turns to cult brands known for making waves on the sartorial front. One of the It-girl favourites the Duchess of Cambridge regularly turns to is Ghost, a London-based fashion house loved for its signature vintage aesthetic and unique prints (yes, the very same behind that epic bias slip dress worn by Kate Moss in the 1990s).
Following on from the brand’s debut collection last year with Marks & Spencer, yet another British brand favoured by the royal family, the retailer has announced the continuation of its sold-out collaboration, releasing a brand new lineup of 15 pieces designed exclusively by Ghost for M&S.
The collection is everything we could have hoped for and more, combining Ghost’s signature vintage style and timeless detailing with Marks & Spencer’s renowned polished finishes and quality.
“These summer styles build on the success of the debut,” said Maddy Evans, Head of Womenswear Buying at M&S, “with the addition of some beautiful new silhouettes, fabrics and playful print updates.”
“We are delighted to be collaborating on a second Ghost collection for M&S following the sell-out success of our first drop for AW20,” added Touker Suleyman, Owner of Ghost. “It’s an exciting time at M&S and we are proud to be part of the brands offering and presenting a new collection of exclusively designed, versatile dresses for spring.”
We have no doubt Kate is already eyeing off which one of these she’ll be wearing to her next royal engagement.
