If I’m being honest, I found Farmer Jarrad one of the more elusive leads on this season of Farmer Wants A Wife. While several of the women vying for his heart have since said he was simply camera shy, I genuinely had no idea who Jarrad was going to send home at each elimination. This man really played his cards close to his chest!
In the end, however, it was Brodie who won his heart. Like Jarrad, Brodie kept a low profile throughout the experiment, making her the unexpected frontrunner among his cohort of women. It wasn’t until the final episodes that the depth of their connection became clear, when Jarrad revealed they had shared the most off-camera kisses.
During the finale, Jarrad told her: “From the moment I met you, you just brought such an amazing, bubbly and fun energy. Throughout this experience, you’ve shown time and time again just how selfless you are, and you constantly put everyone else first… That’s such an amazing quality. You’d have to be the most grounded and genuine person that I’ve ever met.”
He continued: “I know you’d make an amazing wife and mother. Brodie, I choose you, and I’m falling in love with you.”
Jarrad may have kept us guessing until the very end, but one question remains: are he and Brodie still together?
Unfortunately, they didn’t make it. In a joint statement to Woman’s Day, Jarrad and Brodie confirmed they had gone their separate ways.
“Following the end of Farmer Wants A Wife, there’s naturally been interest in our relationship status. While we’re not together at this time, we remain an important part of each other’s lives and have a great deal of respect and care for one another.”

Since January 2026, Jarrad has been sharing TikToks featuring the hashtag #singlelife, prompting speculation that he and Brodie called it quits not long after the reunion episode aired.
Adding fuel to the rumours, New Idea has claimed Jarrad has reconnected with former contestant Kyiah Jones, who was eliminated early in the season after failing to form a strong connection with the farmer.
As for what led to his split with Brodie, the full story may never be known. However, a source close to the show told Women’s Day that revisiting the season may have put a strain on their relationship.
“It’s difficult to watch the show back and watch your man make out with other girls,” the source said. “I know that’s been hard.”
While Farmer Wants a Wife may not have delivered the fairytale ending fans were hoping for, here’s hoping Jarrad and Brodie both find their happily ever after.
