If I’m being honest, I found Farmer Jarrad one of the more elusive leads on this season of Farmer Wants A Wife. While several of the women vying for his heart have since said he was simply camera shy, I genuinely had no idea who Jarrad was going to send home at each elimination. This man played his cards close to his chest!
In the end, however, it was Brodie who stole his heart. During the finale, Jarrad told her: “From the moment I met you, you just brought such an amazing, bubbly and fun energy. Throughout this experience, you’ve shown time and time again just how selfless you are, and you constantly put everyone else first… That’s such an amazing quality. You’d have to be the most grounded and genuine person that I’ve ever met.”
He continued: “I know you’d make an amazing wife and mother. Brodie, I choose you, and I’m falling in love with you.”
Jarrad may have kept us guessing until the very end, but one question remains: are he and Brodie still together?

Farmer Jarrad and Brodie have yet to confirm whether they’re still together, with fans likely to get a definitive answer during this Sunday’s reunion episode.
However, recent reports suggest the outlook may not be promising. New Idea has claimed Jarrad has reconnected with former contestant Kyiah Jones, who was sent home early in the season after failing to form a strong connection with the farmer.
Whether there’s any truth to the rumours remains to be seen. Interestingly, the source also suggested that, much like Jarrad himself, some of the quieter women may have been overlooked in favour of bigger personalities better suited to reality television.
“Looking back, people are wondering whether the women who suited him best were overlooked,” the source revealed.
Of course, only Jarrad knows what was truly going on behind the scenes — this is the same farmer who kept us guessing until the very end. Despite the speculation, he appeared genuinely smitten with Brodie during the finale, even gifting her a gorgeous, dainty bracelet.
