While we can’t be entirely sure what a unicorn would taste like exactly, our best guess would be fairy floss and marshmallows. Seems like The Infusionist thought the same, concocting a special drink named the Mystical Unicorn, a pink and shimmery gin liqueur which tastes of just that— fairy floss and marshmallows. *Drool*.
The pink-hued gin shimmers and glitters when shaken, and is just right for those with a penchant for sweets. The Mystical Unicorn is suspected to drop into Aldi Australia stores later this year—but for now, you can find it here.
Understandably people are getting very excited about this over on Facebook, with one saying: “Got to have it for this weekend!” and another asking “do we even need an excuse to try this?”
While you can’t get the exact mystical unicorn concoction in Aus right now, Unicorn Spirits is a local label offering up the next best thing. “Unicorn Kisses” as they like to call it, comes in Strawberry, Salted Caramel and your classics. Plus, they’re a sparkly treat sure to spice up an iso cocktail.
