13 Reasons Why season two is well underway, with seven new additions announced to be joining the controversial show, including Australian actor Ben Lawson.
Lawson took to Twitter to share the news, following a tweet from the Netflix show saying: “New faces. New stories. New secrets.”

Variety reports that Lawson will play Rick, a baseball coach at Liberty High.
Prior to this gig, he had roles on No Strings Attached, Modern Family, Covert Affairs and 2 Broke Girls, as well as playing Neighbours‘ character Frazier Yeats from 2006 to 2008, back in Australia.

Lawson is the second Australian to be cast for the Netflix show, with Perth-born actress Katherine Langford starring as Hannah Baker.
