The Bachelor’s Nick Cummins appeared on The Project on Sunday evening. The 31-year-old appeared sombre and uneasy during the candid chat which saw Cummins answer his critics and address the rumours. While the interview was originally meant to be live, the former rugby player pulled out at the last meant minute – opting to pre-record the segment at the last minute.
As reported by the Daily Mail, The Project panellist Tommy Little told the studio audience: “Honestly he’s a beautiful man! It’s the most depressed he’s been. It was heartbreaking to see!”
Little added: “He was genuinely so nervous… he wouldn’t have been able to do the interview live I don’t think. Otherwise, he would have probably freaked out and said f**k on-air!
According to the outlet, a crew member from the current affairs show told audiences, “he decided last minute he didn’t want to speak in front of an audience.” Explaining to fans, “we’ve all been in places where we’re not doing well.”
