For the first time since 2020, Halloween this year fell on a Saturday, giving celebrities an entire weekend to pretend to be someone – or, in the case of Heidi Klum and Alex Consani, who went as a hand and thumb, respecitvely, something – else.
Stars stepped out for Halloween parties, like Kendall Jenner’s at Bar Marmont in LA, Klum’s annual ‘Heidiween’ (its 25th instalment!) at Cathedrale Restaurant in NYC and Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin’s Sprouse House Halloween. Others took to the streets for trick-or-treating with their kids, like Emily Ratajkowsi, who dressed as a giraffe, and Bradley Cooper, who went as a ghost.
Other stars still kicked off the festivities early on Instagram, sharing their elaborate costumes, like Kim Kardashian, who posted cosplaying as her daughter North West and Paris Hilton who shared photos and clips of herself dressed as Britney Spears from her 2001 MTV VMAs performance of ‘I’m a Slave 4 U’.

Heidi Klum
As a hand
This year, the unofficial queen of Halloween, Heidi Klum, went as an oversized severed hand. She told Good Morning America on the red carpet of her Heidiween extravaganza: “My inspiration was my hand. It is actually my hand, like, even the veins and everything. You know how everything you can now do with 3D [printing]? They scan you and everything”.
Lisa Rinna
As Kylie Jenner
On an episode of Live with Kelly and Mark on October 30, Lisa Rinna dressed as Kylie Jenner, specifically as Jenner attending the LA premiere of ‘Marty Supreme’ in LA in December 2025. Wearing Jenner’s bright orange leather dress and signature heavy lashes and lined lips, Rinna told the hosts: “You know I love to dress up. This is not typical. You know, I aged way down for this.”
Emily Ratajkowski
As a giraffe
“Sly said giraffe I said let’s go,” Emily Ratajkowski captioned a carousel of herself, dressed as a giraffe, and her five-year-old son Sylvester, as a panda, trick-or-treating with her friends on the streets.
Paris Hilton
As Britney Spears
Paris Hilton has been recreating Britney Spears’ most iconic looks for Halloween since 2023, and this year, (oops) she did it again, dressing as Spears at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2001. Hilton wore a green bra and bedazzled short-shorts with a chiffon train and python draped across her shoulders.
Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka
For Klum’s Halloween party. Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka transformed into the identical twins from the horror classic ‘The Shining’. The duo wore matching blue dresses with pink sashes, brunette wigs and coloured contacts.

As a Thumb-Thumb
Alex Consani went as one of the Thumb-Thumb characters from 2001 movie ‘Spy Kids’, complete with a fingernail above her head and a red one-piece.
Kim Kardashian
As North West
A week before Halloween, Kim Kardashian posted an Instagram carousel of photos and clips of her dressed as 13-year-old daughter North West. Around the same time, North West shared her own costume: as reality TV star Natalie Nunn. Nunn then went on to dress as West.
Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse
As Oogie Boogie and Jack Skellington
It’s been a big few months for Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse. They welcomed their first child together, daughter Sylvie Sprouse, in September and 6 weeks later Palvin walked in the Victoria’s Secret 2026 Fashion Show in October. At the end of the month, they hosted party Sprouse House Halloween, going all out in costumes as The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Oogie Boogie and Jack Skellington.

As Dolly Parton
Alongside an Instagram photo of herself dressed as Dolly Parton in her ‘Jolene’ era, Lizzo wrote: “In 2024 when the world turned its back on me Dolly Parton asked me to play flute on her album […] Dolly, you icon you, thank you for believing in the good of humanity, for seeing our light in the darkness and loving us anyways!”

As Jane Henderson
For her own Halloween-slash-birthday party at Bar Marmont, Kendall Jenner turned into Jane Henderson, a character in the 1984 cult-favourite movie ‘Paris, Texas’. Charli XCX, Hailey Bieber, Laura Harrier and Jacob Elordi showed up for the event.
Ashtin Earle and Landon Barker
As Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen
Ashtin Earle and boyfriend Landon Barker dressed as 1970s punk rock couple Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen. Fun fact: Barker’s dad Travis and his wife Kourtney Kardashian channelled the same couple for their Halloween costume in 2021.
Alix Earle
As a Sorayama sculpture
Ashtin’s sister Alix Earle went as a futuristic sculpture by Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama. She documented Ashtin using scissors to take out the hair-gelled ponytail the next day.
Hailey Bieber
As an angel
Our angelic queen, Miss Hailey Rhode Bieber, went full ethereal this year with her angel costume, complete with a white feather bra, body glitter and huge wings of white plumage. Justin naturally coordinated with her, dressing up as the devil in an all-red, baggy outfit complete with horns.
