With the news this week that Pippa Middleton is engaged to James Matthews, came a flurry of excitement – and questions – like will Kate be a bridesmaid, what will her dress be like and, umm who is James Matthews?
Well one surprising fact that has come to light about her fiancé, beside the fact that he’s a handsome, wealthy, hedge fund manager and former racing car driver of course, comes the news that he is also the heir to a royal title.
According to a new report by Express UK, James’ father, David Matthews, holds the title of Laird of Glen Affric.

Not only that he owns a pretty sweet 10,000-acres Scottish estate nearby Loch Ness in the Scottish highlands.
So with James being the eldest son, that means one day Pippa will become Lady Glen Affric.
In the meantime (upon their marriage of course) she will take the title of Mrs Matthews of Glen Affric the younger.
