Controversial former Deputy Mayor of Auburn Salim Mehajer took a back seat over the weekend to watch his little sister Khadijeh ‘Kat’ and Ibraham Sakalaki tie the knot.
The extravagant affair, which reportedly cost upwards of $1 million, included a $10,000 Steven Khalil gown, luxury sports cars, multiple locations – a mansion in north west Sydney and a lavish reception at Doltone House in Sydney – and former Miss USA winner Olivia Culpo.
