The source added that Garner has been hoping to finalize the divorce but โstrugglesโ with questions like, โIs Ben healthy enough to have custody? Can she rely on him to co-parent?โ
Affleck split from Saturday Night Live producer girlfriend Lindsay Shookus and was last week spotted with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton.
This will be Affleckโs third stint in rehab, previously seeking help in 2001 and March 2017. After the most recent stint, the Gone Girl actor took to Facebook releasing a statement on his sobriety.
โI have completed treatment for alcohol addiction; something Iโve dealt with in the past and will continue to confront,โ he wrote. โI want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step. Iโm lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, Jen, who has supported me and cared for our kids as Iโve done the work I set out to do. This was the first of many steps being taken towards a positive recovery.โ

Then there was the Hunger Games-style group date which saw the ladies shooting bows and arrows โ and getting rather aggressive in the name of love.
Cat went on to be named โbest and fairestโ and scored some alone time with the Honey Badger โ and just like her bestie Romy, was denied when she went in for the kiss. Learn to read your audience ladies.
Cass was once again longing for some Badgie time at the cocktail party, but thanks to some sweet editing and Shannon asking for some time, it wasnโt to happen.
Some more sweet editing saw Cass receive the last rose.
But relative unknown Steph took the trophy for the moment of the night when she didnโt receive a rose and made her exit saying what every girl thinks after a bad date. โI canโt believe I shaved my legs for this.โ
But enough from us, because Twitter really always sums it up the best:
Fair dinkumโฆ Iโve learned more about metaphors, analogies and linguistic flexibility from the Nick โthe Honey Badgerโ than from university. #TheBachelorAUpic.twitter.com/d5aJEyEEg5

Some bridal trends come and go, and some come along and make you go WHY?
While itโs nothing new that brides want to go all out on their big day, make the biggest impact and make sure their wedding is the most Instagrammable event on the calendar.
Now it seems some brides are going that extra mile when it comes to changing their look for the reception. Literally.
No longer is an outfit change enough, brides are going for a more dramatic change โ by cutting off their hair mid-wedding.
โMore than half my brides cut off their hair immediately after their wedding,โ one hair stylist, AJ Palace, told Refinery29. โIf youโre planning on cutting your hair after the wedding โ why not just do it at the wedding, and make it the coolest second-look reveal?โ
1. What if you hate it? As someone who has chopped off her locks multiple times over the years, you almost always hate it at first. You give the hairdresser a pained smile, saying โI love itโ through gritted teeth, only to head home and mourn the loss of your long luscious mane.
2. As someone who has also been a bride, the day goes by in an absolute blink, and the thought of missing a good chunk of it to go and get your hair cut just seems ridiculous.
3. The logistics โ so many questions! Is there a basin that you lie back in, in your white dress to wash your hair or is it a dry cut? Or do you need to shower and wash your hair? How long will it take, and if thereโs water involved then youโve got to make sure your make-up doesnโt run or then youโll need more time fixing that too.
My concerns aside, 26-year-old Kayla Cummings couldnโt have been happier with her chop on her big day.
โI always knew I wanted to do a second look with my hair, and know myself well enough to know that I feel best with my hair down,โ Cummings told TODAY Style . โI was trying to think of how I could achieve two very different looks both styled down and thought, โWhy not just chop it?!โโ
For Kayla, it helped that her hairdresser was her sister, and they managed to pull off the look in just 15 minutes.
โWe had about 15 minutes blocked off for the actual haircut, and spent the first five searching for a table linen to use as a cape!โ added Palace. โWe chopped off Kaylaโs hair, she took off her feminine skirt to reveal a sexy fitted dress beneath, and added a berry lip.โ
โGriffin was shocked! Hands-on-head, jaw-dropped stunned!โ Palace continued of the groomโs reaction. โHe loved the cut โฆ He hugged me too and kept saying โGood job!โโ
โEveryone talked about it all night.โ
Look weโre not sure if this trend will take off or not, but if youโre looking for maximum impact and arenโt afraid of taking a risk, why not.

Episode 4 of The Bachelor thankfully skipped that awkward AF whose-name-is-in-the-envelope scene (probably because the producers have scarred Cass for life after their little โour paths have crossed beforeโ joke) and instead, jumped straight into Nickโs first one-on-one time with Russian PT Dasha.
Coming in as an underdog, mother-of-one Dasha not only had a heart to heart with Nick (where they talked future children, spoiler: both up for it), but she also scored a kiss and a rose.
Next up, all the women headed to a group date where they played some Hunger Games activity, complete with shooting a bow and arrow at each otherโs heads.
Cat won the extra time with Nick and โ taking a leaf out of Romyโs book โ tried to go in for the kiss. But, just like her evil twin, got rejected. Karmaโs a bitch, ladies.
The cocktail party started off with Blair (who? the blonde PE teacher) taking Nick away to play basketball, simultaneously showing off her banginโ bod. But, as Romy points out, โsheโs still a massive bogan.โ
Cass didnโt get the time to chat to Nick at the cocktail party, despite watching his every move, so she was pretty nervous walking into the rose ceremony.
Steph and Aleksandra end up getting sent home, before we see a promo for next weekโs episode with Romy telling her mother (maybe) that Cass is in love with Nick and โ you guessed it โ Cass finding out.

On episode three of The Bachelor, Russian-born Dasha opened up to the Honey Badger, revealing she has been married before and has a five-year-old son, Leon.
So for tonightโs episode, Nick decided to take the 32-year-old personal trainer on their first single date.
With sparks flying during their fly-fishing adventure (see what we did there), as well as a heart to heart, rose and kiss later, weโre left wondering if Dasha was the brunette the Bachie alluded to ending up with.
Dasha has been a single mum since her eight-year marriage to Leonโs father broke down. After revealing she doesnโt fall for men often, the mother-of-one told producers she really likes Nick.
โI donโt get excited about guys very often, so I was quite surprised to feel something like that again.โ
โI guess there is something special about Nick that makes me feel this way,โ she continued.
And it looks like the Honey Badger feels the same: when Nick asked the PT whatโs most important to her, she answered, โItโs really important to be caring and protective. But this person needs to be driven, I want my man to inspire me to be the best version of myself. Someone who will give me enough freedom but still protect me and take good care of me.โ
Nickโs answer? โTake good care of you and Leon.โ
The Honey Badger previously told us that his number one deal breaker would be if someone is a couch potato and that though his woman wouldnโt need to be into sports, sheโd definitely need to be active.
Cue, Dasha the personal trainer, who can string her legs around a manโs head and do sit-ups.
Aside from the above, Nickโs last serious girlfriend, who he was with for six years, is Norwegian โ so maybe he has a thing for beautiful foreigners.

Itโs nothing new that cheating has always meant different things to different people, the definition of what constitutes cheating in a relationship differs greatly according to the individual.
To one person an emotional affair might be just as much of a deal breaker as a physical one, however, these days in the age of social media the lines of what constitutes cheating have become even more blurred.
While physical cheating can be pretty easily defined, a 2015 study looked at the different forms of cheating and found that just about anything from lying to flirting to sexting โ to then the more obvious intercourse โ can all be considered cheating; depending on a personโs perspective.
Well now thereโs a new buzzword on the dating scene called micro-cheating that seeks to take account for this โgrey areaโ, and you could be doing it without even realising it.
Still in contact with your ex? Comment with a wink face on a work colleagues photos on Instagram? Havenโt gotten around to shutting down your Tinder profile? To you this might be innocent but would your partner feel the same way?
Micro-cheating is โa set of behaviours that flirts with the line between faithfulness and unfaithfulness,โ couples therapist Lindsey Hoskins tells TIME. โThe line is in different places for different people in different relationships.โ
A new study by married dating website Ashley Maddison found that technology has completely changed the way people cheat on their partners these days, and has further complicated the idea of traditional monogamy.
The study of 3,342 of the siteโs members looked at what they considered constitutes cheating, outside of the physical component.
The top three responses included forming a deep emotional bond with someone else (55%), sending naked pictures to someone other than them (46%) and texting erotic messages to someone other than them (44%).
โModern monogamy is becoming more and more vague so it really boils down to communication between couples and negotiating the terms of a marriage in an open way,โ says Isabella Mise, director of communication at Ashley Madison. โWhen couples arenโt on the same page, or one partner simply isnโt getting what they need, other options become desirable, even when thatโs as simple as finding someone to talk to.โ
Despite the ease with which we can find ourselves in a grey area thanks so social media, Dr. Tammy Nelson, sex and relationship therapist and author of The New Monogamy: ยญRedefining Your Relationship After Infidelity says cheating is a โconscious choiceโ.
So while at their core, micro-cheating behaviours might not be a concern, acknowledging when they cross a line is important.
And so what can you do to avoid micro-cheating?
Communication is key, you and your partner need to be open and honest and define what โcrossing a lineโ means to you, but further to that, Dr Nelson says you need to be open about what you need from your partner to feel content, so the need to seek something outside of the relationship is not there.
โAn alternative conversation to have is one that outlines what it is that each partner needs from the other to feel happy and satisfied in the relationship, and how to talk about it when they donโt feel that,โ adds Dr Nelson.

The collection includes three products, including a long-wear SPF 20 foundation (boasting a finish so natural we might just use it on our own skin), a lip balm, which gives 8 hours worth of hydration and a manly matte finish, and a water-proof eyebrow pencil that fills in brows for a super masculine finish.
The slick matte black packaging will ensure even the toughest man will happily add this new collection into their bathroom cabinet. (Hopefully it will mean an end to our guy stealing our lip balm and tinted moisturiser too.)
The collection will be available online from November 2018 and in CHANEL boutiques from January 2019.

If you didnโt know much about Bachelor Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cummins before his turn on this seasonโs The Bachelor, you could be forgiven for thinking he is just a loveable larrikin ex-footy player looking for love and always out for a laugh.
And well, yes he is all those things, but it turns out thereโs a lot more to the Honey Badger than meets the eye, and that is, in part, due to heartbreak which has struck close to home and shaped who he is.
Nick, one of eight siblings, was raised by his single father Mark in Logan City, south of Brisbane. Speaking with CNN in 2016 Nick revealed his parents divorced when he was younger and is still in touch with her.
Two of his siblings, Lizzie and Joe, were both diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis growing up which put a lot of pressure on their fatherโs single income.
In 2012 after years of chasing his dream, Nick finally scored a spot representing Australia in the Wallabies, however this same year, his beloved father was diagnosed with incurable prostate cancer.
Ever the family man, Nick ended up making the difficult decision to leave the team in 2014 in order to play for the Japanese rugby team the Coca-Cola Red Sparks which paid significantly more money and could help him provide for his family, News Corp. He was granted leave from his contract early on compassionate grounds.
โHe told me that in his heart he couldnโt enjoy himself when he could be doing more for the kids,โ his dad Mark explained at the time.
โNick said he could kick in more by signing in Japan where he will get more time off to return to the family and also research alternative medicines.โ
Speaking of his decision at the time, Nick opened up about why he chose to walk away from his dream.
โEvery day is a struggle, every breath is a struggleโฆ constant medication, constant coughing, constant vomiting, just struggling just to keep afloat and if you want to talk about courage yeah, thatโs two examples of it there,โ he told Sunday Night in 2016. โI wanted to get a safety net in an account just ready for troubling times.โ
Nick played rugby in Japan for two years before retiring in 2016 and is now your 2018 Bachelor and looking for love, and someone who shares his same values.
โSomeone you actually want to spend time with, someone who is unconditional in their approach and service to others in life,โ Nick told marie claire of his ideal woman. โAs in giving back to those less fortunate and living a life of meaning is probably one of the more important things because that is something worth getting behind.โ

While Nick Cumminsโ is currently dating 25 women simultaneously on the new season of The Bachelor, we thought weโd take a look back at some of the rugby union starโs previous relationships, and it turns out he is the relationship type.
The Honey Badger was previously in a long-term relationship with Norwegian artist Martine Thomassen until the pair split in 2016.
The couple were together for five years and reportedly met through his brother, Nathan, at a footy match in 2010, according to Perth Now.
The pair appears to be on good terms, both still following each other on Instagram (the millennial version of an amicable split), and Thomassen has even been the subject of speculation over whether Cummins has already split with his winning bachelorette. Something the Honey Badger denies, of course.
Speaking with KIIS FMโs Kyle & Jackie O, he dodged a question from a caller about a reunion with the artist.
โThatโs a beauty,โ he said, adding, โwell, Iโd have to fly to Norway, which that would be a whole different kettle of fish. How am I going to do my work there?โ
But he did go on to say he and Thomassen, have both moved on.
โNo, no. Iโve had that chat and we both know weโve moved on. But Iโm excited to see where her life goes as well.โ
So in the 18 months he has been single, it appears thereโs been no one serious, however, most recently it was revealed that the Honey Badger dated Love Island star Millie.
In an interview with New Idea, the 24-year-old said she went on three dates with Cummins but said โthey didnโt really clickโ. When they dated remains unclear.
โIt was a little bit awkward,โ she said of their dalliance, adding that it didnโt work out because โheโs really into all his spiritual stuffโ.
โHe had a crystal on his head while he was laying down and stuff.โ
While Wood doesnโt deny knowing the Honey Badger, she says the pair โsocialisedโ previously (whatever that means) but a friend has reportedly told the Daily Telegraph it was a romantic connection and they were โmore than just friendsโ.
So whether he rekindles things with Cass, or chooses a new lady leading lady remains to be seenโฆ

According to the British tabloids the only person who can โsort outโ Meghan Markleโs dad, Thomas Markle, is her mum, Doria Ragland.
A source โclose to the Royalsโ has told the DailyMail, โIf anyone can talk some sense into [Meghanโs] dad, itโs Doria.โ
To recap: Thomas Markle, 74, colluded with paparazzi to stage photos of himself, went on British TV to talk about a private conversation he had with Prince Harry (for a $10,000 interview fee), and most recently called the Royal family a cult, comparing them to Scientologists.
So when Thomas Markle said last week โthis is the last story Iโll sell, I mean tellโ what he meant was until the next offer comes alongs? Why canโt he just leave his daughter alone? Iโm angry, I canโt imagine how Meghan must feel. KD https://t.co/OtsYzw4J9Q
Now the media are painting Doria as the only person who can pull Thomas into line.
The thing is: itโs not her job to sort out her ex-husband (who is a grown adult).
All too often the emotional labour of a relationship is left up to the woman โ and not her ex-husband, who is quite capable of acting like a decent human being.
A 2016 UNSW Business School report found that โthe burden of emotional labour falls disproportionately on women,โ which can lead to burnout, poor physical health and emotional conflict.
So no, Doria doesnโt need to jeopardise her own health to talk sense into her ex-husband, who she divorced when Meghan was six years old.
Thomas needs to take responsibility for his own actions and be a decent father to his daughter. Itโs actually quite easy to not do tell-all interviews on British TV or stage paparazzi photos. I do it all the time.

As soon as Brooke Blurton stepped out of the car on night one of The Bachelor Australia, the 23-year-old youth worker caught Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cumminsโ eye.
The Perth-born beauty then cemented herself as a frontrunner after receiving the seasonโs first rose and the first-ever key to the Bachie pad.
Despite not yet having a proper single date with Nick, last night Brooke scored the second kiss of the season, after popping over to his place for breakfast in bed.
Just this morning, the brunette babe hinted he could have won the show, taking to Instagram to share a loved-up message: โI believe your soul, and my soul could be very old friends. โจ I could get used to you โฅ๏ธโ
Below, the other reasons we believe she wins the Honey Badgerโs heart.
1. Sheโs into rugby
Brooke rocked up to the Bachie mansion with rugby balls in hand, before proving she could play by tackling Nick last night โ and then giving him mouth-to-mouth so he could recover from the blow (smooth, Badger).
The Bachie previously told us his perfect woman is โsomeone who is unconditional in their approach and service to others in life โ as in giving back to those less fortunate and living a life of meaning.โ Cue, the youth worker who gives back to those less fortunate on the daily.
After revealing she lost her mum at age 11, Brooke told the Honey Badger: โYou have a very strong set of who you are and what you want to do. And I find that so attractive because I know who I am, and Iโm pretty proud of who I am.โ
5. Nick hinted that he ends up with a brunetteโฆ and Brookeโs a brunette!
When the Honey Badger talked to Fitzy and Wippam,he said that all of his ex-girlfriends have been blonde and that this time, heโs had a big changer โ AKA ended up with a brunette.
โIn the past, they have actually been sandy blondeโฆ and thatโs why Iโve had a big changer,โ Nick said.

Weโre only three episodes into this yearโs Bachelor starring Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cummins but one bachelorette has arguably received the most airtime due to her what some might say, intense, feelings for the Bachelor.
For those of you not up-to-date, Cass and Nick knew each other previously before The Bachelor, however exactly how well they knew each other is unclear.
While Cass says the pair โsocialisedโ previously, Nick said they had a โcouple of datesโ.
However, now it appears they did know each other quite well, with Cass telling Who that Nick met her family.
โOn my birthday last year [Nick] met my brother and Iโve met his brother.โ
Whatever their relationship before the show, it compelled the stunning 23-year-old to all but declare her love to the Honey Badger is last nightโs episode.
Australia watched on as the former Miss World finalist read (or maybe not) an excerpt out of her diary to him about her feelings.
Needless to say, viewers have been pretty brutal towards Cass, calling her a โstage five clingerโ and a โstalkerโ which she admits has been hard to handle.
โItโs TV and you only get to see what they show,โ Cass told Who.
โSeeing things online, like being called a stage-five clinger can be really hardโ but I have to put my heart on my sleeve here and be open and honest and tell him how I feel.โ

Pink is currently in Australia as part of her Beautiful Trauma Tour, performing in Brisbane on Tuesday night. But midway through the show, the singer paused the concert for the most incredible reason: she had noticed a sign in the crowd which read, โMy name is Leah, Iโm 14 years old. I lost my beautiful mum last month. I would love a hug.โ
Leah Murphy had flown from north Queensland to Brisbane to attend one of Pinkโs performances. Her mother Debbie, who passed away in June, had tickets to attend the show, so Leahโs aunt, Katrina Donkin, made a sign in an attempt to set up a special moment between Pink and the teenager.
โOnce Pink got down to the quiet music she was looking out to the crowd, thatโs when I started waving the sign,โ Katrina told ABC.
โI had strangers in the crowd grab them off us as well and start waving them. It was just enough for Pink to say, โwhat is that?โ.โ
Katrina says that someone handed Pink the sign and she got the crowds to part so that they could make it to the front row.
โI just whispered in her ear, โyouโre going to get your hug, sweetheart. Weโre going to get you the hugโ,โ Kartina said.
โWe ended up at the front row and Pink just held her for โฆ it felt like 20 seconds.
โAnd Leahโs only 14, sheโs a teeny-tiny little thing and she just sobbed uncontrollably in her arms.โ
โPink was just so genuine, she said, โhey, donโt cry, everythingโs going to be okay,โ Katrina continued.
.@Pink pulled a young girl grieving the recent loss of her mother out of the crowd for a hug, selfie and motivational chat at one of her concerts. ๐ #sun7pic.twitter.com/1pH1hvczkN

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are preparing to welcome baby number four, just eight months after having baby Chicago West via gestational carrier. According to US Weekly, the couple will choose the surrogacy route again, planning to implant their last remaining embryo โsoon.โ The source adds the embryo is male, which would mean two boys and two girls for the West family.
Kim previously opened up about expanding her brood which also includes North, 5, and Saint, 2, revealing that she would like just one more baby. โI donโt think I could handle more than that,โ the Keeping Up With the Kardashians told ElleU.S. in April.โMy time is spread really thin. And I think itโs important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.โ
US Weekly was the first to report that Kardashian had hired a surrogate to carry Chicago back in July 2017. The 37-year-old suffered from placenta accreta during her previous pregnancies.

Itโs only week two of Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cumminsโ season of The Bachelor but already we have some firm frontrunners: from youth worker Brooke Blurton, who Nick gave the key to the Bachie pad, to Sophie Tieman, whoโs been a rumoured frontrunner since the start. But after episode three, no one stands out more than 30-year-old Brittany Hockley.
The radiographer who was born in Port Macquarie โ coincidentally, the same place (and hospital) as the Honey Badger โ scored the first (consensual) kiss of the season after going on a single date with Nick. Now, many are thinking the stunning brunette scores the final rose of the season, after a few hints by both herself and the bachie.
Here, we count down the reasons we think Britt wins The Bachelor 2018.
1. Nick hinted that he ends up with a brunette
When the Honey Badger talked to Fitzy and Wippam, he said that all of his ex-girlfriends have been blonde and that this time, heโs had a big changer โ AKA ended up with a brunette.
โIn the past, they have actually been sandy blondeโฆ and thatโs why Iโve had a big changer,โ Nick said.
When a friend commented on Brittanyโs Instagram, saying, โBritt we are all enjoying the journey but just tell us what we really wantโฆ. Am [I] going heavy on Sportsbet or not???โ The bachelorette coyly responded by liking the comment, prompting fans to think sheโs giving her friend the go-ahead to place some serious bets.
Plus, while all the women post about the show on their personal Instagrams, Brittโs posts have been especially loved-up. โThe perfect end to the most perfect dayโฆ ๐นโ she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her and Nick kissing in the pool. She even tagged his personal account.
3. Sheโs already the favourite to win on Sportsbet
Despite Brooke getting more screen time with Nick, Brittany is the one people are (literally) betting on to win. Britt comes in at $1.82 on Sportsbet, followed by 25-year-old Sophie at $3.50 and 23-year-old Brooke at $4.50.
4. She spends a lot of one-on-one time with Nick
Look back at an early promo for the show and youโll seea lot of Brittany. Sheโs pictured flirting with a Nick while heโs shirtless, going on a lighthouse date with him (all signs point to a second one-on-one date), feeding a crocodile with him (classic Bachie date material) and wearing a green dress at a cocktail party, while staring at her (maybe) man.
Nick was visibly chuffed when Brittany revealed sheโs been travelling for the past few years โ like he has โ and loves to see the world. Heโs listed numerous times that a sense of adventure and someone who loves activities are qualities his perfect girl possesses, and after Britt schooled him at footgolf (who knew that was a thing?), weโd say she ticks all the above boxes.

When Cassandra Wood pulled out her diary at The Bachelor cocktail party, things were always going to be awkward.
The student and former Miss World finalist previously told Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cummins she had written his name in her diary, which was bad enough, but somehow producers convinced her to read what sheโd written during last nightโs episode.
Sitting on a couch, Cass told Nick to look away as she read that upon meeting him (the pair met prior to the show), it made her believe in love at first sight. โFrom the moment I first saw you, there was this precious moment in time when it felt everything stood still and we locked eyes through the crowd, I didnโt know who you were but all I knew was, I wanted to get to know youโ, she said.
โFast forward to a few months later where I properly got to meet you. There was a moment of realisation for me when I realised that love at first sight could be true,โ Cass continued.
But when the cameras zoomed in on the scene, fans of the show noticed a major editing error: the pages of Cassโ diary appeared to be completely blank.
Fans quickly pointed out the mistake, writing on Twitter, โTonight Cass read from her diary, which was apparently written in invisible ink.โ
โLetโs be honest, Cass didnโt write a thing down in that diary,โ another person commented.
As for the Honey Badger? He was left feeling a little like this:

Weโre only three episodes into The Bachelor, but already it looks like one thing is confirmed: two of the bachelorettes finds love, but just not with the Honey Badger.
On Richie Strahanโs 2016 season, Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon fell in love while living in the mansion as contestants on the show. And now it looks like history might be repeating itself with reports that two women on Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cumminsโ season have started dating.
โThe girls picked up on some vibes between two of the girls who became quite close off camera,โ a source revealed to OK!.
Contestant Romy Poulier then confirmed the rumours, saying, โI think that they kind of created a really close bond,โ before alluding to one of the women being frontrunner Shannon Baff.
โI donโt want to be the one to [spill], but Iโm sure itโll come out in the wash. I feel like sheโs just had a colourful past, put it that way,โ Romy said of Shannon, saying that sheโd โheard a few thingsโ about the blonde car care consultantโs past.
โNone of it is 100 per cent confirmed, but I think she just has an open mind and is open to experimenting,โ Romy continued.
Shannon was the first out of the car on episode 1 and was given a fair bit of airtime โ both similar to that of previous finalists (yes, weโve watched this show before), and then she scored the first single date with the Honey Badger where there was serious chemistry. But if the 25-year-old painter is out of the running, we predict these three women are finalists.

Last nightโs episode of The Bachelor had it all: the first (consensual) kiss of the season, Cassโ diary and one too many games involving balls (we get it Nick, you like rugby).
Brooke is a proud Aboriginal woman whoโs a youth worker with underprivileged kids, AND made breakfast in Bed. She is easily one of my fave Bachelorettes ever. #TheBachelorAU
3 minutes into #TheBachelorAU, Romy's been on for 2 seconds and I already need an anger management class. She's the evil twin of Australia's sweetheart Asher Keddie.

Nick Cummins (AKA โThe Honey Badgerโ) has finally made his reality television debut as the star of The Bachelor Australiaseason six.
Like our other favourite Bachie shows, TheBachelorette and Bachelor In Paradise, thereโs only ever one question that remains everyoneโs lips: who will win the final rose?!
After watching the first three episodes, weโve rounded up our top contenders based on compatibility with the Honey Badger โ and a pinch of wild guessing.
1. Sophie Tieman
Rumours of Sophie being a finalist have been circulating for a few weeks now, however, the blonde bombshellโs latest revelation on social media has us convinced she could possibly be crowned this seasonโs winner.
Apart from the fact that her bio states that she โloves to explore the outdoors and describe her as loud and outgoingโ (Can anyone else see the similarities?), the property developer recently revealed in an Instagram post that she has moved from Brisbane to Sydney and is now residing in the Northern Beaches โ right next to the leading man himself.
Brittany not only scored the first (consensual) kiss of the season, she was also born in the exact same town โ and hospital โ as The Honey Badger. Nick loves that Brittany has travelled the world and the two seem totally on the same page. Plus, when he chatted to Fitzy and Wippa Nick hinted he ends up with a brunette: โIn the past, they have actually been sandy blondeโฆ and thatโs why Iโve had a big changer.โ But heโs not the only one hinting: when a friend commented on Brittanyโs Instagram, saying, โBritt we are all enjoying the journey but just tell us what we really wantโฆ. Am [I] going heavy on Sportsbet or not???โ The bachelorette coyly responded by liking the comment.
3. Brooke Blurton
Another brunette the Honey Badger could have been alluding to have won his heart, Brooke ticks all Nickโs boxes. He previously told us his perfect woman โsomeone who is unconditional in their approach and service to others in life โ as in giving back to those less fortunate and living a life of meaning.โ Brooke is not only a youth worker, but sheโs also into rugby and these two definitely have chemistry.
4. Cassandra Wood
Yes, we know, weโve seen the diary too. But apparently, the Home & Away extra is tipped to redeem herself and end up as a front-runner, due to her previous romantic past with Cummins, her passion for sports and, well, having her eye firmly on the prize. The Daily Mail pointed out that both Cassโ siblings recently followed Nick on Instagram โ something they probably wouldnโt do if things continued the way theyโre going.
5. Shannon Baff
Shannon was the first out of the car and was given a fair bit of airtime โ both similar to that of previous finalists (yes, weโve watched this show before), and then she scored the first single date with the Honey Badger. Plus sheโs gorgeous, funny and Nick was clearly pretty smitten with the 25-year-old painter.

Tonightโs episode began with Romy wearing a โthe future is femaleโ top while simultaneously bringing down pretty much every woman in the house, before Nick gave Brittany a single date card and, naturally, took her to a field to kick a ball around.
Later, the Honey Badger cut the heart to heart short to โexcuse them to the poolโ for the first (consensual) kiss of the season.
The next day, the women all go on a group date where Cat and Vanessa Sunshine almost smashed each other over the heads with the hammers they were given as part of the game but eventually, Vanessa won and looked like she would rather die than spend time with Nick.
However, she was forced into it โ after applying to be on the show and all โ and Nick spent the remainder of the evening attempting to get her to do more than explain what brunch is (itโs a Melbourne thing, for anyone wondering).
โA) the connection isnโt ideal, B) she doesnโt like laughing, C) she doesnโt like smiling or D) my jokes arenโt funny. We all know thatโs not it, so it must be A, B or C,โ Nick confirms.
The next morning, Brooke finally uses the key to the Bach pad, surprising โ but letโs be honest โ not surprising Nick with breakfast in bed. The two little rugby fiends went to play ball (Brooke kept up the lie of not having any idea Nick played in the Wallabies โ โheโs really good?!โ), before they had a wee smooch and returned for the cocktail party hand in hand.
Towards the end of the cocktail party, Cass made her move, taking Nick away to โ you guessed it โ show him her diary.
Jokes aside, you could tell the Honey Badger didnโt want to hurt her feelings, especially after she said she believed in love at first sight with him, and the conversation ended with a hug. Poor Cass, say what you will about her, weโve all bloody been there.
Later, after spending the past few weeks doing nothing but talk crap about literally everyone, Cat was verysurprised that the other women in the house found her rude, but sheโs โnot here to hang around with a bunch of annoying bitches,โ so thereโs that.
Vanessa Sunshine somehow managed to score herself a rose and so did Cass, Cat and her two followers, with Kayla (AKA pool girl), Christina and Kayla sent home, but not before Kayla told Nick that Romy and Cat werenโt around for the right reasons and he practically threw her in the car.

Weโve all heard of and probably been fashion victims of the so-called Meghan Markle effect, which if youโve been sleeping under a style rock is the sartorial impact the Duchess of Sussex has every time she steps out in any outfit. Every piece in each outfit causes such a fashion frenzy of demand, it invariably sells out immediately and crashes the brand in questionโs website.
So far this effect has really only been seen in regular style circles with non-royal, non-celebrity fashionistas keen to dress just like a real life princess. However, it now looks like her royal style has spilled over into the A-list Hollywood set with actress Jennifer Garner spotted wearing the exact same classic navy blue Roland Mouret dress Markle wore on the day before her May wedding to Prince Harry.
Markle was photographed wearing the dress when she and her mother, Doria Ragland, were on their way into Cliveden House hotel, where the Duchess spent her wedding eve.
Garner had her twinning Markle moment this week while receiving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, however where Markle paired the dress with pale grey pumps, Garner wore hers with a pair of navy ankle-strap heels.
W reports that the 46-year-oldโs โwho wore it betterโ moment might have been accidental, however the actress is apparently a big fan of the 37-year-old Duchess, so it also might have been accidentally on purpose. On the day of the royal wedding, Garner posted a pic of herself and 13 Going on 30 co-star Mark Ruffalo wearing their bride and groom costumes and captioned it, โHarry and Meghan, if youโre looking for stand-ins @markruffalo and I are just hanginโ around.โ

Grieving mum Lisa Smith from Aledo in Texas has issued a dire warning to parents about the dangers of leaving infants to sleep in car seats after her 18-month-old daughter Mia tragically died after being left to sleep in her car seat.
Yahoo!7 reports Smith spoke to US news outlet WFAA about the tragedy which occurred three years ago when her daughter was in the charge of a sitter and Smith was at work. Smith says she received the phone call no parent ever wants to receive, โDrop everything. Mia didnโt wake up from her nap.โ
According to Yahoo!7 the 18-month-old died from โpositional asphyxia, meaning her breathing was restricted by the position she was in.โ And while Smith says she knew the dangers of leaving Mia to sleep in the car seat, her sitter was unaware.
Trauma injury prevention specialist Sharon Evans told WFAA, โThereโs nothing in the car seat thatโs designed to sleepโฆ if the straps arenโt tight, the child can kind of slump down. Children [are then] at risk of being strangled or asphyxiated.โ
Many infant and child car seats have the ability to be clipped in and out of the car and into a pram base, or just carried by the handle with the child still strapped in. This type of car seat is a popular choice for parents because it saves the parent waking them up if the child or baby has fallen asleep during the car trip. However, as the devastating case above illustrates itโs not safe to leave a child to sleep in a car seat.
Smith says she wants every other parent to heed this safety warning and aside from issuing her warning on WFAA if sheโs walking around town and sees someone using a โcar seat on the seats of restaurants or putting them on the floor at tablesโฆI literally walk up to people and I say, โYou know, I had a daughterโฆwho passed away and I just want you to be really careful.โโ

How did we survive before the advent of dry shampoo? Itโs a saviour for time-poor women everywhere, whether youโre too lazy to wash your hair or itโs gone flat from sleeping on it. A blow-dry in a bottle, if you will, spraying dry shampoo on your roots will instantly make your hair look clean and voluminous.
According to new data, the most popular dry shampoo globally isnโt an expensive one but it does have an A-list following including Drew Barrymore and Jenna Dewan. Batisteโs Dry Shampoo has proven to be a favourite and at $10 for a 200ml can it wonโt break the bank. No wonder Batiste also tops the category in the Australian market too.
Whether youโre reaching for a can to soak up excess oil from or to give texture to limp strands, here are a few tips to ensure model-worthy body and bounce.
Start by separating hair into two-five centimetre sections parallel to your part and spray your roots. The goal is to spray all of your roots, without disposing to much product in one spot.
Ideally, dry shampoo should appear translucent but if you have any build-up flip your hair upside down, then use your fingers to blend the powder, focusing on your routs and letting any excess powder fall away. And thatโs it, super simple.

While the benefits of high-fibre fruits have been known for years, new research from the University of Massachusetts has found that strawberries can help improve the symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
This is especially the case with people whose conditions have been worsened by unhealthy lifestyles and diets. IBD is particularly common in people with ulcerative colitis and Crohnโs disease.
โThe sedentary lifestyle and dietary habits of many people โ high-sugar, high-animal-fat, but low-fibre diets โ may promote colonic inflammation and increase the risk of IBD,โ says Professor Hang Xiao from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Typically, medication or strict diets are used to treat long-term conditions that cause gut inflammation. However, new evidence suggests that strawberries could be used to improve and manage gut health.
New findings showed that the solution could be in a shopping aisle near you: just 250g of strawberries a day could be enough to limit weight loss or diarrhoea in patients with IBD.
Strawberries can also reduce inflammation in tissue in the colon, another harmful side effect of IBD.
The team of authors emphasised the importance of eating the whole strawberry rather just focusing on extracts.
โWhen you only test the purified compounds and extracts, you miss out on a lot of other important components in the berries, such as dietary fibre, as well as phenolic compounds bound to the fibres, that canโt be extracted by solvents,โ adds Yanhui Han, a PhD student working on the study.
For their investigation, scientists recruited four groups of mice.
The first group, healthy, consumed a regular diet. Meanwhile, the remaining three groups all suffered from IBD. They were put on three separate diets โ a regular diet, a diet with 2.5 per cent whole strawberry powder and a diet with 5 per cent whole strawberry powder.
Interestingly, mice suffering from IBD saw their symptoms improve when they consumed the equivalent of around 250 of strawberries.
Letโs face it, strawberries are pretty damn delicious. As if you need another reason to dig in?

Being a Duchess is a full-time job, something Kate Middleton knows all too well, becoming the Duchess of Cambridge when she married Prince William in 2011.
Being a royal is not a figurehead position โ there are speeches to make, charities to support and a long list of rules and regulations to follow at all times.
But Kate was more than prepared for the role, with it emerging this week that she was actually a career girl before joining the royal family.
Thatโs right. Kate is not only one of the first princesses to have a university degree, she also worked her way up the career ladder.
Yes, Kate started in entertainment, working for her family business, Party Pieces, a brand that sells high-end party supplies for birthdays, weddings and celebrations in general.
And then she moved into fashion buying, becoming an accessories buyer for fashion brand Jigsaw, something that according to the brandโs co-founder, Belle Robinson, she was particularly good at.
โI have to say I was so impressed by her,โ Belle explained of Kate in a 2003 interview with the Evening Standard. โThere were days when there were TV crews at the end of the drive. Weโd say: โListen, do you want to go out the back way?โ And sheโd say: โTo be honest, theyโre going to hound us until theyโve got the picture. So why donโt I just go, get the picture done, and then theyโll leave us alone.โโ
Belle continued: โI thought she was very mature for a 26-year-old, and I think sheโs been quite good at neither courting the press nor sticking two fingers in the air at them. I donโt think I would have been so polite. She sat in the kitchen at lunchtime and chatted with everyone from the van drivers to the accounts girls. She wasnโt precious.โ
Kate โ career girl AND Duchess. What canโt she do?

20-year-old Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts went missing weeks ago after disappearing while out jogging, but tragically, it appears the remains of her body have been located in a cornfield near her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa.
According to ABC News police have filed a first-degree murder charge against 24-year-old man, Cristhian Rivera, an undocumented immigrant who lives in the โrural area where the college student vanished one month ago.โ
Police were alerted to Rivera as a possible murder suspect after finding security cameras at a house close to where Tibbetts was last seen, reports Time. The owner gave them access to the tapes, which provided enough evidence for the police to track down Rivera.
During a press conference, Iowa Division of Criminal Investigations special agent Rick Rahn said, โThe video was critical. Through that we were able to identify a vehicle that we believed belonged to Mr Rivera. From that we were able to track his pattern and routes he took. We were also able to find Mollie running on this video and we were able to determine that he was one of the last to have seen Mollie running.โ
The BBC reports Rahn said Rivera was โvery compliant and willing to talk, and he led police to her body.โ The body hasnโt been formally identified yet, but after examining the clothes at the scene, police were able to file murder charges against Rivera.
As for the motive, during the press conference CNNreports Rahn said, โI canโt really speak to you about the motive. I can just tell you it seems that he followed her and seemed to be drawn to her on that particular day and for whatever reason he chose to abduct her.โ
According to court documents filed about the case, Rivera said in an interview with police that he approached Tibbetts and she pulled out her cell phone telling him she would โcall the police.โ Which made him angry and then he says โhe blacked out and woke up at an intersection in rural Poweshiek County.โ
Rahn said Rivera told investigators โhe realised he had put the woman in the trunk of his car,โ and when he took her out there was blood on her head. So he โleft the body in a cornfield and covered it with corn leaves.โ
An autopsy of the body is scheduled for Wednesday US time, to formally confirm the identity of the body, time of death and cause of death.

Meghan Markle has had a trying time in the run and up and since becoming a Duchess, with the Markle side of her family causing her more drama than most royals will endure in a lifetime.
From her father Thomas Markleโs repeated involvement with the press to multiple estranged relatives from Tyler Dooley to Samantha Grant cashing in on her title, and using it to pursue careers in reality TV, Meghan has had a rough time of it, and itโs safe to say that the Duchess of Sussex deserves a holiday.
Yes, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussexโs honeymoon destination still remains secret, it has been revealed that the couple have gone on a star studded holiday this year โ spending some time at George and Amal Clooneyโs luxurious Italian villa.
Thatโs right, according to Italian magazineChi, the newlyweds had a mini holiday in Italy this year, reportedly staying at the coupleโs Lake Como villa for three nights โ and the coupleโs twins were even there too.
Now that is one holiday that is definitely giving us FOMO.

The 2018 MTV VMAs were held on Monday at Radio City in New York and in true rock โnโ roll style there was a lot to take in between extreme outfits on the red carpet (hello Amber Rose) to lovebirds Pete Davidson and Ariana Grandeโs intense display of affection. Here, we wrap up five major moments you might have missed.
Pete Davidson and Ariana Grandeโs red carpet debut as a couple was highly anticipated and they did not disappoint, showing they are really in love/lust with a full-blown PDA-fest on the VMAs pink carpet.
The queen of soul, Aretha Franklin, passed away on August 16 and the VMAs provided the perfect opportunity to pay public tribute. Unfortunately, Madonna, who was responsible for delivering the tribute, didnโt realise it was supposed to be about Franklin and spoke mostly about herself and her musical journey. The internet was not impressed calling the whole thing โtone deafโ. Of course, Mads responded (sheโs not known for keeping quiet) with a post on Instagram justifying her non-tribute.
49-year-old recording artist and actress Jennifer Lopez performed a knockout medley of her hits at the award ceremony and won the Video Vanguard Award, during her acceptance speech she paid a sweet tribute to her boyfriend, former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez. He clearly loved it with cameras capturing the athlete filming his girl up on stage. He also took a few snaps of his hot date on the red carpet on the way in #couplegoals.
Surprisingly with so much skin on show at the VMAs there werenโt too many wardrobe malfunctions, with the most notable narrowly avoided thanks to Ariana Grande. When Nicki Minaj was making her way up to the stage the train on her dress became tangled and Grande, proving the good friend she is, leapt up to sort it out before it become a total wardrobe nightmare.

Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank has tied the knot with boyfriend of two years, Philip Schneider.
The 44-year-old secretly married Schneider, a social venture entrepreneur, in the Californian Redwoods, wearing a wedding dress byElie Saab Haute Couture Atelier.
โIt was timeless. There is just no other way to describe it,โ Swank told Vogueof the day. โI was overwhelmed with such gratitude and thanks to be marrying the man of my dreams and to see all the people we love together in the middle of such a profound setting. It was truly a dream come true.โ
Swankโs best friend, actress Mariska Hargitay, was her bridesmaid.
โIโve loved Elie Saab for years and was thrilled to have him design my dress,โ Swank said, revealing the gown was made of chantilly lace, silk chiffon and organza silk.

After months of speculation, Audrina Patridge, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, Justin Bobby, Jason Wahler, and Frankie Delgado had a red carpet reunion at the MTV VMAs, before an acoustic version of โUnwrittenโ, the showโs theme song, played at the award ceremony confirming the reboot.
Though it was reported that Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari and Whitney Port wouldnโt be returning for The Hills: New Beginnings, an hour ago Whitney took to Instagram to share that she would, in fact, be back on our screens with the rest of the gang.
โThrow back to my first VMAs look. Good thing I get to go back and make up for my insane looks on #thehills on the NEW HILLS REBOOT!!!,โ the mother-of-one wrote.
โMaybe theyโll let me out of the fashion closet this time.โ
Naturally, fans have been sent into meltdown mode at the news and weโre off to listen to โUnwrittenโ on repeat for the entire day as celebration.

Since tying the knot in the most touching (and star-studded) ceremony ever, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been crossing a lot of relationship milestones.
Oh, and did we mention theyโre pregnant with their first child?
While the couple originally announced in their engagement interview that they were taking it โone step at a timeโ, Harry did let slip that he hoped โ[they] will start a family in the near futureโ, going on to set rumours alight recently when he put his Audi RS6 Avant up for sale despite owning it for just over a year, reportedly upgrading for a more family-friendly model.
The royal baby is due in the spring (our autumn) and many are speculating the month of April, but according to reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex wonโt actually have full custody of their children.
Yes, really.
The Royal Family reporteldy has a strange custody tradition, with Queen Elizabeth actually having full legal custody of some of the minor royals.
โThe sovereign has legal custody of the minor grandchildren,โ royal expert Marlene Koenig explained.
โThis goes back to King George I, and the lawโs never been changed. He did it because he had a very poor relationship with his son, the future King George II, so they had this law passed that meant the King was the guardian of his grandchildren.โ
So, according to this 300-year-old law, Meghan and Harry wonโt actually have legal custody of their children.

Navigating something as complex as the royal fashion etiquette can be quite tricky, so much so that members of the royal family have sartorial hacks they follow to stay chic at all times, like Kate Middleton and Meghan Markleโs skirt trick (spoiler: they wear bodysuits underneath to increase static and stop their dresses from being blown up).
It has to be said Princess Diana was quite the expert when it came to this, and there was often more to her outfits than met the eye. Scroll down to discover her fashion secrets.
Princess Diana used clutch bags to hide her cleavage
Princess Diana had a bag secret: whenever she got out of a car for an evening do, she would hold her clutch close to her heart, so that the paps wouldnโt get a shot of her cleavage. Designer Anya Hindmarch once said, โWe used to laugh when we designed what she called her โcleavage bagsโ, little satin clutches which she would cover her cleavage with when she stepped out of cars,โ she revealed.โ
When she was first engaged to Prince Charles, Princess Diana was photographed at a polo game wearing two watches, and the reason behind it was rather sweet. The first one was hers, and the second was Prince Charlesโ. He was playing in the game and she wore it as a sign of her love but also as a good luck charm so he would win.
Princess Diana never wore gloves
Royal protocol used to dictate that royals swear gloves on royal engagements, however Princess Diana made headlines when she decided not to wear gloves, especially to greet patients with Aids (back in the 80s, it was widely thought that you could catch it just by holding hands). This was so she could have a more personal contact with the people she met.
She also decided to stop wearing hats while visiting children in hospital, because โYou canโt cuddle a child in a hatโ, and she often wore bright colours to cheer them up.
Princess Diana had a bracelet that was a special tribute to her sons
Princess Diana had a charm bracelet which she almost never wore, because it was so special to her. It was originally a gift from Prince Charles, who got her a new charm to add to it for each of their anniversaries. These included a miniature of St Paulโs cathedral, where they got married, ballet shoes as Diana loved the ballet, but more importantly it also featured the letters H and W, which Charles got her when their sons were born. She almost never wore it as she was afraid of losing it.
Princess Diana had a secret back-up wedding dress
There was such secrecy around Dianaโs wedding dress that its designers, the Emanuels, had to take extra precautions to ensure not a soul would see the sketches before the big day (they would rip them up as soon as Diana saw them).
This included a secret back-up dress in case the original got leaked somehow. The most surprising fact was that Diana wasnโt even aware of this. David told People, โWe didnโt try it on Diana. We never even discussed it. We wanted to make sure that we had something there; it was for our own peace of mind, really.โ
Princess Diana paid tribute to the Queen at official dinners
During official dinners, especially when foreign representatives came to the palace, Princess Diana paid subtle tribute to the Queen by wearing what is known as The Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II. This is a lavish brooch featuring a small portrait of Her Majesty, wearing the George IV State Diadem and the Order of the Garter Riband and Star. The brooch was in fact a gift from the Queen to Diana.
Princess Diana wore her engagement ring even after her divorce
You might not have realised this, but Diana wore her wedding and engagement rings in public for almost four years after separating from Prince Charles in 1992. Touchingly, she did this to keep up appearances for the sake of her sons, until the divorce was finalised.
Princess Diana never wore very high heels
If you look at professional photos of Princess Diana and Prince Charles, youโll notice that she appears to be much shorter than him, but thatโs often because she posed sitting down or leaning back against him. In fact, they were pretty much the same height, so when they were seen in public and couldnโt get away with an optical illusion, she wore low heels so she wouldnโt appear taller than him.
Princess Diana couldnโt wear Chanel after the divorce
If you look back at old pictures of Princess Diana, she used to wear a lot of Chanel. However, after Prince Charlesโ affair with Camilla came to light, and then the couple got divorced, Diana couldnโt bring herself to wear the French fashion house anymore.

There have been rumours of a Hills reunion swirling for months now, and today the news was finally confirmed on the MTV VMAs red carpet.
Stars Audrina Patrdige, Heidi and Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt, Jason Wahler, Justin Bobby and Frankie Delgado reunited on the red carpet to reveal the news.
The Hills: New Beginnings will see original cast members reunite โ and follows the same trusty premise, with the cast navigating their personal and professional lives in Los Angeles.
The new show is slated to premiere in 2019.
Sounds like thereโs no Lauren Conrad however, who is busy looking after her fashion empire and being a mum to 13-month-old son, Liam.
โLauren is concentrating right now on her Kohlโs line and her charity work, which she is very passionate about,โ a source told E! News. โShe is the head designer of her Kohlโs line and has worked with them for 10 years, causing her to fly cross-country several times a month for her work.โ
โSheโs also opening her first store for Little Market right now,โ the insider added.
Kristen Cavallari is also unlikely despite previously opening up about wanting to do a reunion, as she now she has her own show, Very Cavallari, with E! and also has three kids and is currently based in Nashville.
โI was about to sign a deal to do a Hills reunion with E!, and then Heidi and Spencer signed a deal with MTV,โ she told People back in June of past attempts at a reboot. โAnd theyโre such a vital part of The Hills that we couldnโt do it without them. So, itโs been kind of put on hold, but I would love to do it.โ

A five-year-old boy in the US has been found safe after a โmiscommunicationโ meant he was sent home from school alone.
Sara Tavares, from Florida, says she is โfuriousโ after she organised for her son, Joey Hoffman, to be picked up by his grandmother, but instead he was found by a school resource officer wandering alone for close to an hour.
โI mean, Iโm so โ Iโm still shaking about it,โ she toldWFTV News.
โ(I felt) sheer panic and terror. (I was) scared to death. No one knew where he was. No one had a clue,โ she said. โAnything could have happened. Come on now. (For) an hour heโs been walking around Tildenville looking for our house.โ
When the officer did finally locate the boy, he said he thought he was in trouble.
โThe cop found me,โ said Joey. โI thought I was going to jail.โ
The incident occurred on Joeyโs third day of school, despite his grandmother,LarianneWarner, planning to meet him in the same spot they had met the previous two days โ a plan they say was clearly communicated with the boyโs teacher.
5yo boy was lost in West Orange County yesterday. Family says he was allowed to walk away from school without knowing how to get home. Grandma was waiting, but he was sent out another door. Details on this cautionary tail on #WFTVatSix
โThat would be the third time I would have picked him up in front of the office,โ Ms
Warner said. โThat was our designated spot. She knows I want to pick him up myself right there by the office.โ
A spokesperson for Orange County Public Schools says there was a breakdown in communication and that Joey was mistakenly listed as a โwalkerโ and was sent out the door with the other walkers.
โThe incident serves as a reminder for all parents to have clear communication with their children and teachers about what should happen before and after school,โ the spokeswoman told WFTV.
According to WFTV the Florida Department of Law Enforcement records show that 22 sexual offenders or sexual predators live within a 2-mile radius of the boyโs school.

Youโve made it through pregnancy, survived labour and even managed to get your baby to latch successfully onto your breast the first time you breastfeed. Tick, tick and tick.
Then comes the momentous occasion of leaving the house with your baby, knowing that the chances of having to breastfeed in public is a distinct possibility.
What can you wear that is functional, comfortable and remotely flattering?
Enter Natalie Halman. Three years ago, when she was 27, the new mum launched the Facebook page Can I Breastfeed In It? Almost immediately, thousands of women were offering suggestions for high street clothes you could gracefully get in and out of in order to breastfeed.
Playsuits, wrap dresses, simple stretchy tops โ breast feeding Mums filled the page with items of clothing they had picked up at their favourite store that had become a functional fashion friend.
https://en-gb.facebook.com/canibreastfeedinit/
As most Mums will concur, tops that you have to pull up, rather than pull down, are the enemy of the breastfeed as they expose your stomach in the process (which, quite frankly is way more terrifying than exposing your breast in the early weeks). But thatโs just the beginning of the sartorial elimination process.
โSuddenly you need to account for feeding access, how it fits on your new post baby body and whether the material will hide baby inflicted stains,โ says Halman. โAll that, alongside retaining a style that makes you feel like you, is not an easy task.โ
Most importantly, the page wants to shift the idea that breast-feeding friendly does not have to mean nursing clothes. Every week, it publishes a fashion round-up and โhot favouritesโ based on what is popular in the group.
CIBII now has 60,000 members, which, given that 800,000 babies are born every year in the U.K and 34% of mothers breastfeed for the first six months, is a significant proportion of the community. โThis has happened totally organically,โ says Halman. โThe unification of breastfeeders on Facebook is quite incredible. Due to the lack of proper breastfeeding support provided by councils, we have been forced to come together to support each other through what is, for many, one of the most challenging times in our lives.โ

Itโs been over two weeks since the shock news of Demi Lovatoโs overdose and, after a week-long stint in hospital, the singer has been recovering in rehab where she is spending her 26th birthday.
โToday could have been one of the worst days of my life, but insteadiget to spend it thanking God, the incredible doctors, demiโs team, and everyone across the world who offered their support โ without all of these peopleiwouldnโt have my big sister anymore,โ she wrote.
โiโvebeen thinking about howiwish that everyone could see the silly little things that she does, like how her nostrils move when she says certain words and when she brushes my hair behind my ear wheniโmtrying tosleep, because those are the thingsiโmthankful for today.โ
To mark the day, Demiโs younger sister, Madison De La Garza, took to Instagram to address her overdose and say how thankful she is that her sister is still alive.
โthey seem so small, but those little things make up my sister โ not a singer, not a celebrity, and definitely not what sheโs been described as in the media โ sheโs a daughter, a friend, and my big sisterโฆ and i am so, so thankful that i can tell her happy birthday.#happybirthdaydemiโค๏ธโ
On August 6th, Demi broke her silence to say that she is taking time to heal and focus on her sobriety. โI look forward to the day when I can say I came out on the other side,โ she wrote.

Kendall Jenner is in a privileged enough position that she can โchooseโ which modelling jobs she wants to take. Opening up about her decision to scale back her career, the 22-year-oldโs comments have sparked an outcry from the modelling community.
โSince the beginning, weโve been super selective about what shows I would do,โ Kendall, who knocked Gisele Bundchen off the top of Forbesโlist of highest-earning models, toldLovemagazine.
Jenner continued, โI was never one of those girls who would do, like, 30 shows a season or whatever the f**k those girls do. More power to โem.
โI had a million jobs, not only catwalks but everything else. The whole combination was very overwhelming and I started to freak out a little bit and needed to take a step back,โ the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added.
Over the weekend, the publication shared an image from their shoot with Kendall, posting a quote from the interview as the caption. The former Victoriaโs Secret modelโs peers took to the comments section to share their condemnation of Kendallโs words.
โThis makes me so angry,โ wrote Victoriaโs Secret model Jac Jagaciak. โSo disrespectful to literally 99% of people in the industry โ yes, they had to work their way up. Please get in touch with the real world!โ
While Sports Illustrated star Vita Sidorkina added, โMaybe โthose girlsโ need to pay their bills thatโs why they are doing 30 shows? No words โฆโ
And it didnโt end there, โwhatever the f**k those girls doโ is do their very best to make their way up AND try to make some money so that they can provide for themselves and their families,โ responded runway star Daria Strokous. โOh, and itโs 70 shows a season by the way and we are all f**king proud of every single one of the girls that did it.โ
Famous transgender model Teddy Quinlivan shared a longer reply via Instagram Story. โAs models, we need to uplift each other,โ she wrote. โIf you are lucky as a model you might make enough to not be in debt to your agency; maybe even move out of the model apartment โฆ Unfortunately, this isnโt the case for the vast majority of models who have to leave everything behind including their families in pursuit of a better life.โ
She added: โModels donโt just come from Calabasas โฆ they come from Somalia, the Siberian tundra, a rural village in China, a trailer park in Tennessee. Making disparaging comments about your peers donโt lead to growth or unity which our regulation-less industry desperately needs.โ

A woman has given birth to her son while 1,400 ft in the air on a rescue helicopter after going into labour on an island off the Cornish Coast, south-west of England.
Alicia MacDonald were visiting the Isles of Scilly with her husband for a friendโs wedding when she went into labour earlier than expected.
The one resident midwife on the island was not able to be reached and so emergency crews were called and Mrs MacDonald was placed on a coastguard helicopter in order to get her to the nearest hospital.
The helicopter made a quick stop to pick up another midwife, Linda Benson, who went on to deliver the baby during the flight.
Baby Torran was born was born at 1,400ft while flying over Penzance and weighed in at 7lb 8z, reports the Telegraph.
โTorran is doing fine and weโd like to thank the coastguard, the midwife and the midwifery team at the hospital,โ Mrs MacDonald told the BBC.
โThis is the second time that a baby has been born on board a coastguard helicopter,โ said Jonathan Mustard, aeronautical operations controller for HM Coastguard. โThe last one was born over the island of Lunna Holm, Shetland in December 2012.โ
โItโs rare to hear that our helicopter launched with seven people on board but were preparing to land with eight.โ

As much as I hate to say it, first impressions really do count, and thatโs not just me saying it, itโs science. You see the brain subconsciously creates first impressions of something or someone in as little as 1/10th of a second.
Which is why choosing what to wear to go from a Tinder online date to an IRL date can be quite crucial (though letโs be clear, if your date canโt look past appearances, otherwise they just ainโt worth it).
Nowlysthas teamed up with style psychologist Kate Nightingale to determine which outfits are best for each personality type to nail that first impression. Hereโs a breakdown.
What To Wear To Show Youโre Confident
โUltimate power can be expressed with tight fitting, black tuxedo trousers and a silk, straight line cut top. Add high heels and geometric clutch to complete this powerhouse look.โ
What To Wear To Show Youโre Creative
โIf you want to make a bold creative statement, an unusual pair of shoes or a quirky handbag make for great conversation starters. And floaty garments like an expressive shirt dress or some eye-catching culottes are the perfect way to show off your creative side.โ
What to wear to show youโre calm
โPick calmer and lighter colours such as green and turquoise โ but definitely not red if you want to appear chilled out. Footwear is a big indicator of character; pointed toes say youโre an extrovert, rounded toes do the opposite. For laid-back charm, rounded toes or platforms beat out stilettos every time. Theyโll make you feel stable and grounded.โ
What to wear to show youโre funny
โAccessories are the best communicator of personality. The patterns, colours, and textures you go for are all indicators. Jazzy brogues or a statement bag are perfect for an extra confidence boost.โ

Just two months after tying the knot and becoming the first Australian Bachelor couple to walk down the aisle, Anna Heinrich and Tim Robards are currently living apart due to their busy schedules.
Robards, who is currently filming Neighbours, has relocated to Melbourne where the iconic Aussie soap is filmed, while Anna remains at their home in Sydney.
The 36-year-old budding actor and fitness guru flies home to Sydney on weekends as Anna is bound to Sydney with her own new TV show with Kyle Sandilands, Trial By Kyle.
The show sees Anna calling on her work as a criminal lawyer to team up with shock jock Sandilands to settle disputes in a sort of Judge Judy-way.
Anna and Tim tied the knot in a spectacular Italian wedding back in June, five years after meeting on the set of Australiaโs first season of The Bachelor.

Just when you thought you couldnโt love Rihanna any more than you already do, the singer did the most hilarious thing ever while a bridesmaid at her friendโs wedding.
RiRi reportedly broke up with her billionaire boyfriend,Hassan Jameel, last month and she is clearly in no hurry to find another man: when the bride went to throw her bouquet of flowers, the 30-year-old basically sprinted in the opposite direction to avoid catching them.
Aside from dodging flowers like her life depended on it, RiRi was the perfect bridesmaid for her friend Sonita Alexander at the Barbados wedding, wearing a blue dress and matching blue eyeliner.

Itโs a big call, but Netflixโs new film, To All The Boys Iโve Loved Before, has been dubbed the best teen romance of the decade.
If you trust Twitter, this rom-com lives up to the hype.
Based on Jenny Hanโs 2014 novel, the film follows teenager Lara Jean Covey (played by Lana Condor), who is secretly in love with her sisterโs boyfriend Josh (Israel Broussard).
As a way of coping with her intense crush, Lara Jean writes Josh a gushing love letter, which she hides in a blue box in her cupboard, never to be opened โ alongside four other letters to the four other crushes sheโs had over the years.
In true rom-com fashion, the letters are mailed out. And a mortified Lara Jean pretends to date her schoolyard crush Peter to avoid having to confront her sisterโs boyfriend.
Lara Jean makes a pact with Peter to pretend to be in a relationship with him.
The result is a charming, joy-filled film about young love. The underlying message is: โYou canโt just sit up in your room writing love letters, youโve got to tell people how you feel when you feel it.โ True that.

What is it about the MTV VMAs โ the Video Music Awards, for those not familiar with the pop culture lingo โ that incites such all-out bananas behaviour?
In the 32-year history of the awards show, weโve seen pop icons pash, reveal their pregnancies, wear dresses made out of actual meat, wear dresses made out of nothing at all and โ wait a second, Iโmma let you finish, but we all know the most bonkers moment of the MTV VMAs goes to Kanye West when he interrupted Taylor Swift onstage in 2009 and declared the best video of all time belonged to his girl Beyonce. Ahem.
Kanye vs Taylor Swift โ 2009
You hardly need reminding of this moment: itโs the story that wonโt die and that Tay Tay wishes she could be โexcluded from the narrativeโ of. You remember. The year is 2009, Beyonceโs seminal โAll The Single Ladiesโ is ringing out from every radio, and yet Taylor Swiftโs โYou Belong With Meโ is named โBest Video Of The Yearโ, presented by her former flame Taylor Lautner (why does nobody comment on the awkwardness of this more? Ah, pop culture notes lost to the ages). This was Taylor pre-Squad days, pre-Kloss, pre-Victorias Secret, pre-Hiddleston. She was still the awkward girl sitting at the front of the class, hoping weโd all get on board with her country music thing.
Of course, one person who definitely on board was Kanye West, who stormed the stage midway through her acceptance speech to proclaim โYo Taylor, Iโm really happy for you. Imma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.โ He was booed off the stage, as Taylor stood there looking confused and hurt. Poor thing. Since then the narrative has all but exploded, culminating in Yeezy giving something he probably thought looked like a contrite tribute to Taylor at last yearโs VMAs but was actually him announcing he would run for President, followed by the release of his single Famous โ choice lyric โI feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famousโ โ and then the secret taping of Taylor and Kanyeโs conversation about said lyric getting leaked on Kim Kardashianโs snapchat. Ah, the VMAs. Such bonkers memories.
Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke twerk enthusiastically โ 2013
No amount of therapy will help erase the image of Miley Cyrus twerking all over Robin Thicke at the 2013 VMAs from our minds. In fact, there was so much to take in from the entire performance โ from the giant dancing teddy bears to Mileyโs furry onesie to her limbs akimbo performance, to the shocked reactions of the audience โ Drake nodding half-heartedly off-beat is one of our favourite gifs EVER โ but it was when she stripped off to nude bra and undies and brought out Robin Thicke from the depths of some Beetlejuice revival tour to sing a few choruses of his summer anthem โBlurred Linesโ that things took a turn for the crazy, with Miley proceeding to twerk enthusiastically with the star and Thicke responding with a very ill-advised wiggle of his hips. In the aftermath of this moment, Thicke and his wife Paula Patton split up, and so did Miley and her then-fiance Liam Hemsworth, although the pair have since reconciled.
Britney Spears and Madonna lock lips โ 2003
Actually, that headline should read Britney Spears, Madonna and Christina Aguilera lock lips, but unfortunately X-Tinaโs part in this glorious charade has been lost to history, with people preferring to remember the infamous Madonna and Britney, Bitch kiss instead. And boy, was it unforgettable โ Britney shedding her good girl image with one open-mouthed snog with Madge, and Madonna proving once and for all nobody does controversy quite like her. And Justin Timberlake looking on in horror. The perfect blend of tabloid glee and pop culture cringe: they just donโt make VMA moments quite like this any more.
Beyonce announces her pregnancy โ 2011
These days, pregnancy announcements require a nude Instagram snap or a carefully orchestrated tabloid interview. But back in 2011, Beyonce all but broke the internet when she performed a slowed-down version of her hit single โLove On Topโ, powering through the songโs glorious key change and then, right at the end, dropping the mic, unbuttoning her sequined blazer and clutching her swelling stomach, confirming that she was pregnant with her first child. The crowd, predictably, went wild. Kanye West was practically weeping with joy and Lady Gaga โ dressed as her male alter ego Jo Calderone, remember that??? โ punched the air exuberantly.
Madonna is Like A Virgin โ 1984
At the very first MTV VMAs in 1984 an ingรฉnue by the name of Madonna sung her hit single Like A Virgin in a bridal veil and puffy wedding dress, while writhing on the top of a styrofoam wedding cake. Throughout the performance, she slowly shed each layer of her dress and let down her hair. And, okay, compared to the twerking and the kissing and the nearly-nude costumes of todayโs ceremonies, it may look relatively tame, this performance was simply scandalous in 1984 and totally iconic.
Britney is a slave with a snake โ 2001
Britney, Bitch, is unlikely ever to live down her 2001 MTV VMA performance of โIm A Slave 4 Uโ, which came complete with jungle theatrics, botanic-printed short shorts, backup dancers dressed as leopards who on occasion were actually ridden by Britney, Bitch as part of the routine, bedazzled belly buttons and, of course, an albino diamond python wrapped around one Britney, Bitchโs neck. At the time, Britney admitted she was terrified of the snake, but that was nowhere apparent in her truly Fierce catwalk strut clutching the snake. This performance was one for the history books, and one crazy moment that all other performers have attempted to live up to since.
Beyonce is a Feminist โ 2014
The VMAs has a history of bestowing fake-sounding awards, and their โVideo Vanguardโ award is one such dubious honour. The winner in 2014 was Beyonce, who accepted the award in a bedazzled onesie after an unforgettable performance of a medley of her hits Flawless and Yonce, with husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy clapping on from the audience. What makes this performance so great, isnโt its wholehearted embrace of strobe lighting, nor Beyonceโs on point dance moves, but the big old billboard that flashed up right in the middle, emblazoned with the word โFeministโ. The move took the word to the masses and cemented Beyonceโs position as Chief Pop Culture Feminist Envoy. Long may she reign.
Nicki Minaj asks Miley, Whatโs Good? โ 2015
When Miley was asked back to the VMA stage to host last year, everyone was on tenterhooks wondering what crazy moments would ensue. And we certainly got one, when Nicki used her acceptance speech to call out the eveningโs host. โMiley, whatโs good?โ The now-infamous slam has become a massive meme, doing the rounds of the internet almost daily.
Lady Gaga wears a meat dress โ 2010
Lady Gaga seems to have toned down her act a little bit in recent years, so much so that we forget that just six short years ago she was doing things like attending awards ceremonies in dresses made entirely out of raw meat.

Meghan Markle has had a trying time in the run and up and since becoming a Duchess, and unfortunately for the former actress, it all seems to surround one side of her family โ the Markles.
Ongoing drama has surrounded her father, Thomas Markle, since before her wedding, with the 74-year-old coming under fire for his repeated involvement with the press, this week even comparing the royal family to Scientologists for their โcult-likeโ behaviour.
Throw in Meghanโs estranged nephew, Tyler Dooley, landing his own MTV series after naming his cannabis company after her, and her estranged half-sister, Samantha Grant, rumoured to be appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in the coming weeks, and itโs safe to say that the Duchess of Sussex deserves a holiday.
Luckily, it looks like that time is here, with Meghan reportedly jetting off to her old home of Toronto on a solo trip, with The Mirror reporting that she flew Air Canada, adding that the airline was asked to protect her privacy.
But what is Meghan doing in Toronto, and why isnโt Prince Harry with her?
Well, it would make sense for the Duchess to return to her old home to see her friends and family, especially considering she will be off soon on her first big royal tour with Prince Harry, set to visit Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the Kingdom of Tonga next month. It is therefore thought that the former Suits actress will spend the time now catching up with her friends and old cast mates.
It is unlikely that Meghan will be catching up with family while sheโs there however, especially considering their most recent actions, but weโll have to wait and see.
We hope Meghan gets the time off she needs and deserves.

Jennifer Garner is the latest celebrity to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The actress was joined at her ceremony by her three children, Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six, who she shares with estranged husband Ben Affleck.
46-year-old Affleck was nowhere to be seen as the family posed for photographs.
Jen looked stunning in a blue off-the-shoulder dress and side-swept hair, however onlookers couldnโt help but notice how grown up oldest daughter Violet looked.
The 12-year-old is the spitting image of her famous mum.
Doting mum Jen recently opened up about growing up on a farm, and the vlaues she hopes to pass on to her children.
โI want them to know that my mother was happy and free on the farm,โ Garner told Southern Living, who was interviewed alongside her mom Pat at the Oklahoma farm where Pat and her siblings grew up. โI want them to know that you donโt need things to keep you occupied.โ

When Blake Lively steps out for a promo tour, she doesnโt do things by halves.
And this week the actress is out promoting her newest film, A Simple Favour โ and she wore no less than 6 separate designer pantsuits in 24 hours to do it. Phew.
First up it was a neon green ensemble from Versaceโs SS19 Menswear show, proving that you donโt just have to look to the womenswear collections for inspiration.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot three months ago, saying their โI Dosโ in a star-studded ceremony at St. Georgeโs Chapel, Windsor Castle.
From Meghanโs iconic Givenchy dress and the (very) eventful after-party to the A-list royal wedding guests and royal wedding photographs, there was plenty to talk about, but it wasnโt any of these that had the world buzzing this week.
Instead, the royal wedding was on everyoneโs lips today because of a previously unseen clip of the royal wedding, capturing a sweet moment between sisters-in-law, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton.
Yes, three months after the wedding and we all managed to miss quite possibly the sweetest moment at the ceremony.
After rewatching the BBC footage, eagle-eyed viewers spotted a woman looking suspiciously like Kate handing Meghan her bridal bouquet as she made her grand entrance into St Georgeโs Chapel, and before she walked herself down the aisle.
Yes โ obviously the internet went into meltdown, hypothesising that Kate Middleton was a secret maid of honour, tasked with the important duty.
The two women are known to be close, with Kate taking Meghan under her wing โ especially amid the Markle family drama โ but if this clip is correct, it proves that the Duchess duo were just as tight before the wedding.
It is important to note however that the mysterious bouquet-giver might not be the Duchess, with it being just a theory.

Claire and Andrew Joblon tied the knot on August 18th, almost ten months after announcing their engagement back in December 2017. The couple posed under a rose-covered arch in Holtโs romantic Instagram photo.
The bride wore a strapless lace gown and held a gorgeous bouquet, while the groom wore a grey suit and white sneakers. Their dog is also in the pic!
This is Holtโs second wedding, she was previously married to Matthew Kaplan. Holt is best known for portraying Rebekah Mikaelson on The Vampire Diaries and has reprised the same role on The Originals since 2013.

While animal print might not be a new trend, in fact, it rarely ever goes out of style, we are looking at new ways to wear it this spring.
Our fave gals of Instagram have taught us a thing or two about injecting a little leopard (or zebra, snake, and tiger to be exactโฆ) into wardrobes, and it seems more is more this season.
For maximum impact, opt for bright punchy prints and dare to don it from head to toe.

Forbes has just released its annual top-earning actress list and surprisingly, the number one spot has gone to a star who didnโt even make the top ten last year.
Scarlett Johansson raked in a mind-blowing $40.5 million, largely thanks to her role as Black Widow in the Avengers series. She has quadrupled her 2017 earnings to take the number one position.
Other top earners who made the list include Angelina Jolie, Mila Kunis and Gal Gadot. A number of last yearโs top ten did not make this yearโs, such as Emma Stone (she owed her number one spot last year mainly to her La La Land success), Emma Watson and Amy Adams.
The list takes into account not only the actressesโ movie payouts, but things like endorsement deals which can boost earnings significantly.
Take a look at the 2018 top earning actresses here:
10. Gal Gadot ($10 million) 9. Melissa McCarthy ($12 million) 8. Cate Blanchett ($12.5 million) 7. Julia Roberts ($13 million) 6. Mila Kunis ($16 million) 5. Reese Witherspoon ($16.5 million) 4. Jennifer Lawrence ($18 million) 3. Jennifer Aniston ($19.5 million) 2. Angelina Jolie ($28 million) 1. Scarlett Johansson ($40.5 million)

Chelsy, who dated Prince Harry on-and-off for seven years ultimately broke up with the now-Duke of Sussex after attending the wedding of his brother, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
In 2016, the 32-year-old gave her first interview about Prince Harry, describing the attention surrounding her relationship as โcrazy, scary and uncomfortableโ.
โI found it very difficult when it was bad. I couldnโt cope. I was young, I was trying to be a normal kid, and it was horrible,โ she toldThe Times.
However, she and Harry remained on good terms and earlier this year Chelsy attended his wedding to Meghan Markle.
In April, it was reported that Chelsy had moved on from her royal ex-boyfriend and was dating Twin Peaks actor James Marshall, after photos of the pair kissing surfaced.
But, until now, we had no idea that Chelsyโs new beau actually knows the Duchess of Sussex: James used to be married to Elettra Wiedemann, a friend of Meghanโs.
โItโs not clear if Meghan introduced Chelsy to James, but this keeps everyone happy,โ a friend told The Daily Mail.

More than 212 million people have watched his YouTube videos, and his clients include Eva Longoria and Christina Aguilera. Relationship guru Mathew Hussey makes his Australian TV debut.
I arrive early to the London event space in which Matthew Hussey is about to regale an audience with his trademarked techniques to โget the guyโ. Itโs still 30 minutes until showtime but inside the auditorium every seat is full. The speakers blast The Jackson 5โs โI Want You Backโ and Charlie Puthโs โHow Longโ. Female ushers an army in skinny jeans and white shirts, high-five me as I walk past. โThis is going to change your life!โ chirps one, fizzing with energy. The room is teeming with hundreds of women, from early 20s hipsters to ladies in their 60s eager to listen to Hussey, whose combination of directness and charm has made him something of an Our Man Behind Enemy Lines. (The war is dating, enemy lines are men. All men.)
Next to me is Anna, 23, who discovered Hussey via his popular videos. โI like his sincerity,โ she explains, and the fact that he succinctly articulates what she is finding to be true of dating: bolstered by the banquet of choices available on dating apps, many men are floundering in the commitment category. For me, a single woman in her โ Christ, Iโll just say it โ late 20s, Annaโs comments ring true. And neither of us are alone. According to Tinder, there are 3.5 million people in Australia swiping left and right with reckless abandon. At the last census in late 2016, almost a quarter of Australians lived in single households, a number slated to swell by 63 per cent by 2036. In America, and many other countries, more people are single now than ever before.
Hussey is here to do something about that. At midday on the dot, he walks onstage to the kind of thunderous applause usually reserved for pint-sized pop Lotharios.
โWho is single? Hands up!โ he addresses the crowd. About half the room responds. โWho is not sure if theyโre in a relationship?โ He asks. The crowd roars with laughter and almost half the audience put up their hands. A woman in front of me raises both in the air, wiggling her fingers. Hussey smiles beatifically at the room. โDoesnโt that just about sum it up?โ
Shy and introverted growing up in Essex, England, at age 11 Hussey started borrowing his fatherโs self-help books on how to connect with people. He applied the advice first to his teachers at school, then in his part-time job as a DJ. In his late teens, he began working as a life coach, guiding men on how to speak to women. But when he pivoted and began working with women in 2008, business really took off. Two years later he started posting on YouTube, attracting more than 1.3 million subscribers and 212 million views of his snappy dating-advice clips. In 2013, he released his New York Times bestselling book, Get The Guy. Then came the live tours, which sent Hussey around the globe, preaching his message to more than 100,000 fans. His clients include Christina Aguilera, for whom he worked as a life coach, and Eva Longoria, who was so impressed with his message she hired him as a matchmaker on her 2013 dating show Ready for Love.
Much of Husseyโs content is free, but for many itโs not enough. Thatโs when you have to start paying. The live events start from $30, the five-day biannual retreat in Florida is $5350. For the more discerning customer, he charges $14,265 an hour for a one-on-one coaching session.
Currently, heโs starring as the dating expert on the Channel Seven reality show The Single Wives. Itโs the latest in a string of shows capitalising on our collective obsession with romance. Love as a pop-culture construct is booming, and itโs in part because our own dating lives have become so complicated. There are apps and platforms aplenty upon which to meet people, but they come with their own set of issues. Every week a new dating buzzword โ ghosting, breadcrumbing, orbiting, zombieing (when an ex-partner returns seemingly from the dead and re-enters your life with the universal โU up?โ text) โ is inaugurated into the vernacular. Thereโs more choice than ever before, but it breeds indecision and allows commitment-phobes to proliferate.
Husseyโs strategy to master the minefield isnโt groundbreaking. In fact, itโs radically simple: be confident, be proactive and donโt waste time on people who arenโt invested in you. Itโs a cocktail of self-empowerment, fearlessness and a discerning bullshit radar that has resonated with the millions of women who consume his content every day. If youโre going to โget the guyโ, Hussey suggests weeding โlow-value peopleโ out of your life.
โIn some ways the [dating] landscape has changed,โ he says. โA lot of people are on those apps โฆ and when you can always rely on a new message on a dating app, you donโt have the same hunger to go and talk to that person in real life. โBut what hasnโt changed is human nature,โ he adds. โSo if youโre still good in a room, if youโre charming, if you have a lot going for you and youโre curious โฆ youโre still going to win.โ (Hussey often talks like this. For him, the dating game is a literal game, and getting the guy is tantamount to a hat-trick at the soccer World Cup.) โAnd thatโs why I think the old [dating] skills,โ by which he means self-confidence and flirting, โare a premium these days.โ
The first time I meet Hussey is after the live show. For more than two hours the audience sat absolutely riveted, eyes glued to his face. When itโs all over โ the โwas that good for you?โ moment โ they desperately clamour to be near him, to take a selfie or tell him how he has impacted their most personal, intimate lives.
Emma, 39, went on Husseyโs retreat two years ago. โOn paper I should have been happy with my life. I had a great job, a nice flat, a partner,โ she says. โBut something was missing.โ She scrimped and saved and jumped on a plane to Florida. โMy boyfriend thought I was going to come back and break up with him. It was touch and go for a whileโฆ But we worked through it because of the retreat and now weโre stronger than ever. I told Matthew, โYou changed my life.โโ
I am not immune to the thrall either. I wait to one side with Husseyโs assistant, who promises she will introduce me once the crowd dies down. I want to ask him how I should keep my dating morale up after meandering through one nonstarter of a relationship after another. How can I stop myself from pouring all my energies into the type of men that Hussey would define as โlow-valueโ partners?
Hussey with women who star in Sevenโs โThe Single Wivesโ
I make small talk with Lara, a Hussey devotee. She admits she is currently engaged in an โalmost relationshipโ that Hussey would disapprove of, and wants to go on the retreat for a second time to help her correct her course.
Our conversation is cut short as the man himself walks past, bracketed by a team of security guards. โWeโre talking today, right?โ he says, looking me in the eye. โAwesome.โ In seconds heโs already passed us, women trailing him as he leaves the building.
The second time I meet Hussey he is driving home from the live show. There is no rest for a dating guru in this age of romantic minefields. Hussey is en route to film a webinar for online subscribers desperate to know the secret to long lasting relationships.
The most common question Hussey is asked is this: โHow do I get more from a guy who is not investing in me?โ It comes in a variety of forms, whether itโs about ghosting, meeting the family, a second date. But the essential need is the same: I want more. And this man isnโt giving it to me.
โThereโs so much emphasis on getting someone to do more who, bottom line, is not trying,โ Hussey says. โThe way to get someone else to do more for us is to focus on how to be the most attractive we can be.โ Heโs not talking physically but rather emotionally. How confident are you? How much do you love your life? How high is your self-esteem? How much satisfaction do you get from your job, your family, your friends, your passions? โThatโs what we have agency over,โ Hussey says. โWeโre never going to control what someone gives us.โ
Hussey keeps audience fixated as he dispenses advice on weeding โlow-value people out of your lifeโ
Hussey is 31. He has been doing this for more than a decade. He remembers filming a video when he was 24 about coping with break-ups and an onlooker approached him and demanded: โHave you ever actually been heartbroken?โ
He concedes his manner might have been a little glib. โI think as Iโve gotten older Iโve become more patient with peopleโs pain because Iโve been humbled by my own experiences over time.โ
Heโs had heartbreak of his own and long stretches of being single. Five years ago, Hussey decided to leave London and move to Los Angeles, which was both a professionally successful but personally isolating time. โI would do a seminar and [then] come home and it was sometimes lonely at the end of those days,โ he reflects. โI wanted to connect with someone.โ
But those times are over. โMy team has grown, and Iโm having a wonderful time in my life. And I have someone; I feel really lucky.โ
Heโs talking about Camila Cabello, the 21-year-old singer of that unforgettable bop โHavanaโ and his girlfriend over the past year. (โI feel like Iโve never been happier in my life,โ Cabello has said of her boyfriend.)
The biggest lesson heโs learnt in love is to โstop competing with your partnerโ, he explains. โYour success is my success โฆ Killing your ego is something I apply to my relationship all the time.โ
Itโs a message that may soon find its way into Husseyโs work. So far, he has mostly focused on the first initial flush of dating: meeting men, sparking their interest, decoding their texts, ushering them from one date to the next. But that could change as Husseyโs own life evolves. After what he has called a โstring of one-year relationshipsโ things appear to be going strong with Cabello. Sometime soon he would love to have kids. โThings have gotten better and better in my life,โ Hussey tells me.
At the start of the live show, he revealed the secret to a strong relationship: the importance of finding someone with whom you not only have a connection, but with whom you might want to build a castle โ a life โ with. Together.
Hussey might have found that person to start building his castle with. And now, more than ever, he wants to help others do the same. โGet out there and enjoy life, because life is stupidly short,โ he explains of his organisationโs philosophy. โItโs about making the world a little less lonely.โ

A British woman has told she reporters she is โvery lucky to be aliveโ after falling off the back of a cruise ship into the Adriatic Sea.
The Norwegian Cruise Line ship was almost 100 kilometres off the coast of Croatia when the 46-year-old fell overboard around midnight on Saturday.
The woman, who has been named as Kay Longstaff, was rescued 10 hours later and taken to hospital in the town of Pula, reports the BBC.
After stepping off the coastguard patrol boat that rescued her, Longstaff told reporters, โI was in the water for 10 hours, so these wonderful guys rescued me.โ
The 46-year-old says she's "lucky to be alive" after falling from a cruise shiphttps://t.co/zDwXQOjFL7
The coastguard captain, Lovero Oreskovic, said Longstaff was โexhaustedโ when they found her, adding, โWe were extremely happy for saving a human life.โ
The Norwegian Cruise Line released a statement saying, โWe are pleased to advise that the guest was found alive, is currently in a stable condition, and has been taken ashore in Croatia for further treatment.โ
โWe are very happy that the individual, who is a UK resident, is now safe and will soon be reunited with friends and family,โ the statement continued.

25-year-old Sophie Tieman is one of them, already rumoured not only as a frontrunner but as the seasonโs winner, after revealing sheโs moved from Brisbane to Sydney and is now calling the Northern Beaches her new home โ coincidentally, also where Mr Bachelor resides.
But the blonde bombshell wasnโt always blonde. In a 2013 photo obtained by The Daily Mail, a 20-year-old Sophie is totally unrecognisable with long, black hair, dark eyeliner and minus her bronzed skin.
The part-time model also shared a photo of herself with short, brunette hair to Instagram, taken in 2015.
The Daily Mail previously reported that Sophie is this seasonโs winner, publishing back in June that โit is believed Nick has found love on the dating show with Sophie Tieman, a corporate fashion blogger who also works in commercial property valuations.โ

Serena Williamswas knocked out of the first round of the Silicon Valley Classic, San Jose, this month byJohanna Kontain what is being called one of the biggest defeats of her career.
The match was over in 53 minutes, with Johanna emerging victorious in a stunning 6-1 6-0 victory, something Serena has since explained in a recent interview withTime Magazine.
Explaining the heavily-discussed match, Serena opened up about the extenuating circumstances that led to her โunderperformanceโ.
The 36-year-old recalled how she found out that her sisterโs killer had been released from prison just minutes before the match, reportedly seeing the news on Instagram.
Serena and Venusโ half-sister, Yetunde Price, was shot dead in a 2003 drive-by shooting in Los Angeles by Robert Maxfield, who was sentenced to 15 years in jail.
Minutes before taking to the court, Serena discovered that Maxfield had been released on parole three years early, due to good behaviourโ โ something that she admitted distracted her from the match.
โI couldnโt shake it out of my mind,โ Serena explained in her interview with Time. โIt was hard because all I think about is her kids โ what they meant to me and how much I love them.โ
She continued: โNo matter what, my sister is not coming back for good behaviour. Itโs unfair that sheโll never have an opportunity to hug me.โ
When asked if she has forgiven her sisterโs killer, she replied: โโIโm not there yet. I would like to practice what I preach, and teach Olympia that as well. I want to forgive. I have to get there. Iโll be there.โ

When it comes to your makeup brushes, we all know a foundation brush, blush brush and bronzer brush are essential โ but have you heard of a stippling brush? Well, if you take your makeup game seriously โ and are all about that flawless finish โ then a stippling brush is the hard-working tool you probably didnโt know you needed โ but now you do.
What is a stippling brush?
To know what a stippling brush is โ or rather does โ you first need to know what stippling is. Stippling in makeup, is as it is in art, itโs when you work a surface with small dots of paint, in this case, liquid or cream foundation. Itโs often known as real-life airbrushing as itโs how you achieve a flawless finish and disguise imperfections.
And so a stippling brush is the tool you use to achieve this. Try one of our faves: the Real Techniques Stippling Brush, $24.99.
Sigma Stippling Brush, $30 (Credit: Adore Beauty)
How does a stippling brush work?
Stippling brushes typically feature two sets of bristles and a blunt edge. Firstly, the white synthetic fibres pick up the product and apply it to your skin, while the black (typically) natural fibres at the base are denser and help push the product into the skin.
How do you use a stippling brush?
Using your foundation of choice, apply a small amount to the back of the hand or a makeup palette and dab the stippling brush into the product with the white bristles only. Then lightly pat/dot the product all over your face (or you can also target specific areas rather than doing the entire face). Once you have put product everywhere you want it, then lightly swirl the brush in small circles using the black bristles to blend the foundation.
The stippling brush is also great for applying cream blushes and bronzers โ just donโt forget to wash it between each use.

What are the benefits of a stippling brush?
Stippling brushes are perfect for people wanting a flawless makeup finish, so maybe for that special event or date night. Stippling is also perfect for people with imperfections including acne scarring as it provides a smooth finish.

First came Korean beauty trend โglass skinโ which involved super smooth, ultra-luminous skin and now the sleek look has evolved. Cue glass hair. The latest incarnation of bob hair and currently spotted on celebrities such as Olivia Culpo, Kim Kardashian and Bella Hadid.
If youโre looking to try this look at home all you need is two products. Start off my straightening hair with a flat iron such as the Cloud Nine Original ($330; atadorebeauty.com.au) and finish withevoโs Love Perpetua Shine Drops ($34; atadorebeauty.com.au).

Itโs officially Bachie season and every Wednesday and Thursday night the nation of Australia is glued to their TV screens watching Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cummins on his quest for love.
Much like Married at First Sight, Love Island and Bachelor in Paradise, itโs easy to get totally hooked on the dating show and consumed with the contestants, but it turns out our obsession is actually bad for our mental health in more ways than one.
The women vying for love on these shows โ especially on Love Island โ are more often than not wearing bikinis and tight dresses, showing off their trim, toned and tanned bodies. Youโd be hard pressed to find anyone over a size 8.
Furthermore, a fair few have had cosmetic plastic surgery in the form of lip fillers, botox, breast enhancements and fillers.
While thereโs nothing wrong with people choosing to surgically enhance themselves โ or wear bikinis should they feel comfortable in them โ there is something wrong if young people watching the show are having their perceptions of beauty altered as a result.
A new study has found that 40% of 18 to 34-year-old female Love Island viewers feel more self-conscious about their bodies after watching, that 30% of women have considered going on a diet as a direct result of the show, and one in 10 have thought about getting lip fillers.
Other cosmetic procedures found in the research conducted by YouGov showed female viewers also considered breast enhancements (8%) and Botox (7%).
Sydney based Psychologist Jacqui Manning says that while reality shows play a part in affecting body image negatively, the problem is much wider than just our TV screens.
โInstagram, ads and the visuals our world is filled with all have one thing in common โ they are touched up, enhanced, filtered and in the case for TV shows, hair and makeup are professionally and meticulously done, which leads to a skewing of whatโs โnormal,'โ she explains.
โMost images we see of people are not how they look in real life, and humans cannot help but compare, however, itโs comparing apples and oranges. The person who makes you coffee? Real. The person on an ad making coffee? Enhanced. If we look to the enhanced reflections on which to base our self-image, we are always going to lose and it can lead to a dangerous mindset that allows the idea of changing ourselves to become acceptable.โ
Jacqui goes on to note that the rates of young people getting surgery for cosmetic reasons has increased so much that itโs almost considered a casual thing to do now โ but it shouldnโt be. โItโs surgery and I think the goalposts changing so much is down to the fact that we have so much technology enhancing the visuals we see, the fact only the most beautiful people appear on TV, and the lack of access to average bodies in our daily lives,โ she says.
โIf we only see of the best of the best โ of ourselves or those on TV โ itโs a skewed view of the world and itโs got to be recognised and acknowledged as such. Itโs not something to emulate. The media makers need to include a diverse range of people featured in shows and we all need to be more real on our own social media feed. More importantly, we need to base our worth not on how we look but who we are and how we behave,โ Jacqui finishes.
Year upon year,The Bacheloris criticised for not having any race diversity, but perhaps itโs past time we talked about both body shape and beauty diversity, too.

A new study by casual job hiring app Job Today has revealed the best time statistically to apply for a new job.
Research indicated that 9am on a Wednesday is the ideal time to go for a new role and that applying at this time can often lead to an interview within just 24 hours.
Job Today found that over 17% of employers choose to post new jobs on a Wednesday and that 47% of applicants on this day were invited for an interview within 24 hours of the job being posted.
The study also discovered that women are seemingly morecareer-savvy as they look for new roles 20% more often than menโฆ girl power.
Despite this research, Co-Founder of Job Today, Polina Montano, recommends applicants apply as early on in the week as possible in the morning: โI would always recommend being enthusiastic and start early in the day to look for a role whilst others might be having a lie inโ, she notes.
โOur insight shows that by lunchtime on Wednesday employers will start to receive a flurry of applications so why not get in their first and get noticedโ.

Not one to pull punches when it comes to loverโs tiffs? You might wanna reassess your tactics โ for the sake of your health.
According to a new study, married couples who fight dirty are more likely to suffer from โleaky gutโ โ a condition that sees undigested food particles, bacteria and germs pass through the digestive system and into the blood. Over time, this can lead to chronic inflammation and increase the risk of disease.
Researchers at Ohio State University surveyed 43 married couples (who had been hitched for at least three years) about their relationships and encouraged them to bring up a topic that they disagreed on (such as money and their in-laws.) They were then left alone for 20 minutes to work through the conflict, although it was videotaped for the researchers to analyse at a later date. Specifically, they looked for signs of hostility, such as dramatic eye rolls or personal put-downs.
Interestingly, they found that the men and women who exhibited this behaviour had higher levels of LPS-binding protein (which is a biomarker for leaky gut) than those participants that didnโt.
โHostility is a hallmark of bad marriages โ the kind that leads to adverse physiological changes,โ explained Janice Kiecolt-Glaser, a professor of psychiatry for the university and the studyโs lead author.
โWe think that this everyday marital distress at least for some people โ is causing changes in the gut that lead to inflammation, and, potentially, illness,โ said Janice Kiecolt-Glaser, director of the Institute for Behavioural Medicine Research at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Centre and the studyโs lead author.
Interestingly, this was especially true for the participants that showed hostile interactionsanda history of depression or another mood disorder. This fits with previous research that suggests marital discord slows wound healing and drives up the risk of other inflammation-related diseases like depression, heart disease and diabetes.
โMarital stress is a particularly potent stress, because your partner is typically your primary support and in a troubled marriage your partner becomes your major source of stress,โ Kiecolt-Glaser concluded.

Vienna, capital of Austria, has been declared 2018โs most โliveableโ city, beating 2017โs pick Melbourne to the top spot.
The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) releases a worldwide league table each year, ranking 140 cities on a number of factors from political stability to crime and healthcare access.
This year sees the first time ever a European city has topped the league tables.
Melbourne has taken the number one spot for the previous seven years, yet were demoted to second place in favour of Austriaโs capital. Australian cities Sydney and Adelaide also made the top ten in 2018.
Coming last in the table was war-torn Damascus in Syria. Dhaka in Bangladesh and Lagos in Nigeria were also in the lowest ten.

For those loyal Bachie fans two questions are always on our mind; who will get the rose, and where exactly is TheBachelor mansion?
Having swapped mansions four times over The Bachelorsโ five-year run, this year the ladies are living in a two-storey residence in the rural Sydney suburb of Glenorie, just an hourโs drive out of the city.
The previous Bachie mansion resided in Hunterโs Hill, however unhappy neighbours spurred this fabulous locale change.
Aptly described by Osher as โbushy and fragrantโ, the two-storey home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court and sprawling green lawns.
This year, the girls also have some furry friend to keep them company; three alpacas named Richie, Matty J and Tim.
The producers have well and truly given this stunning home The Bachelor treatment, decking it out from head to toe with red roses and a candle a metre, the back garden fulfilling every floristโs fantasy.
Cummins (much to the ladiesโ dismay) doesnโt live in this spectacular home but has his own Bachelor pad somewhere offsite. We do know wherever the Bachelor sleeps, it is often in the same suburb as the ladies living quarters.
Hey, if the girl doesnโt get the guy, at least sheโll have the memories of a fantastic house to leave with.

Earlier this week, Married at First Sight star Tracey Jewel revealed she had admitted herself into a mental health clinic, after overdosing while stranded in Europe.
The mother-of-one went on to say she โstarted getting helpโ in April after a psychologist said she might have post-traumatic stress disorder.
โIโve been bullied and cyber-trolled relentlessly, pretty much all year,โ she told New Idea, previously writing on Instagram, โYouโve won trolls. I give up. Youโve ruined my life. Youโve involved my friends, family, clients and sponsors. I have lost everything because of your relentless hate. Hope youโre happy youโve claimed another one.โ
In Australia, reality TV is a huge part of our day-to-day lives. From Married at First Sight to The Bachelor to Survivor and now Love Island and Bachelor in Paradise, contestants are immediately known nationwide, critiqued online by both publications and fans on social media.
Tully Smyth, a contestant on 2013โsBig Brother, spoke out about the toll reality TV has on mental health in a blog post saying that upon leaving the show, โYou struggle to slip back into your old lifeโฆ youโre brokeโฆ youโre exhausted. Emotionally, physically, mentally.โ
Last year, Australian Survivor contestant Anneliese Wilson opened up about her mental health struggles while on the show, saying โI was always feeling so down and low.โ
Anneliese Wilson (Credit: Survivor)
โItโs hard to watch back knowing how I felt in those moments, and looking at the position that I was in,โ she told News.com.au.
After the death of former Love Island UK star Sophie Gradon, many are taking a closer look at reality TV and the toll it has on contestants both during and after their time on our television screens.
Sophie, whose Twitter bio reads: โsold my soul to reality tvโ, was open about her struggles with depression and anxiety, saying she wouldnโt recommend going on Love Island to anyone who also suffers from mental health conditions.
Not if you suffer from anxiety or depression. Its a VERY testing environment where a lot goes on that you dont see. https://t.co/8bsktmGQEl
In the wake of her death, former Miss Great Britain Zara Holland, who was on Sophieโs season, has spoken to BBC, saying, โI canโt sit here and say that it was 100% Love Island that did this to [Sophie] but I think it was a contributory factor.โ
Zara also revealed that she still feels anxious and depressed two years on.
โI never thought Iโd be able to get out of this dark place I went to. It was really hard. It was a very weird experience and I never thought Iโd be able to get better,โ Zara said, before revealing she was referred to a psychologist and put on anti-depressants.
โWhen I sat down and talked to them we together pulled out the target points that triggered everything off and unfortunately that was from going on Love Island.โ
Zara Holland (Credit: Love Island)
Speaking to the Mirror, Zara revealed Love Island contacted her for the first time in two years after Sophieโs death. โFunny they call me now when something terrible has happened,โ she noted, before saying: โPeople applying need to know how serious things can be, they see a claim to fame, they donโt see that in ten yearsโ time, when youโre married with babยญies, youโll still be haunted for the rest of your life.โ
In response, a spokesperson for the show said, โAll of our islanders are offered psychological support before, during and after their time in the villa. We take our duty of care very seriously and this is always our top priority.โ
In 2016, it was reported that there had been 21 deaths worldwide as a result of reality TV. Not only does Sophieโs death โ and Traceyโs overdose โ reinforce the need for constant and on-going support for contestants, but itโs a wake-up call to everyone who watches the shows to be mindful of the real humans on screens and what we say to or about them.

Much like shell jewellery, this unlikey trend is making a modern day come back and weโre obsessed.
Hair clips and barrettes in all their 90โs glory are popping up left, right and center and the fash pack are on board. Take comfort in the fact that the 2018 versions are not straying far from those we loved from our childhood, they are still as cute and colourful as ever.

Episode two of โThe Bachelorโ Australia was filled with Osher chants, some cattiness and a downright weird group photo shoot (because the Channel 10 producers love nothing more than targeting one girl with a seriously heinous outfit). But our favourite fashion moments arrived with the infamous cocktail party.
While some of the girls actions this ep were questionable (looking at you Romy) the fashion, as per usual, was on point.
Below, the 10 best outfits from last night and where to get your hands on them.

We quizzed the actress and Myer ambassador on how to nail the spring racing season
Do:โExperiment with the new trends in millinery and headpieces. Thereโs more opportunity to mix things up and itโs a quirky way of showing off your personality. I like metal crowns, headpieces and anything jewelled as opposed to a fascinator or basic hat.โ
Donโt:โWear anything too tight or too short. Itโs an elegant, glamorous day so embrace really dressing like a woman.โ
(Credit: jodi)
Do:โGo with traditional black and white for Derby Day. I think itโs about respecting the dress code but taking it to a new level and putting your own spin on it. If youโre wearing a little black dress, add a statement earring or necklace.โ
Donโt:โForget the weather. Your outfit should take changing temperatures into account, and you may need to bring an umbrella.โ
(Credit: jodi)
Do:โWear in your shoes!โ
Donโt:โOverthink things. When it comes to accessories, your shoes and bag should be about creating continuity within your outfit, but thereโs no need to go too matchy matchy.โ

Royals are more like us than we think โ with the Windsors being refreshingly relatable.
Gone are the days where we would only see a royal waving from Buckingham Palace balcony. Now they are accessible, all over social media, from Princess Eugenie dominating Instagram with her behind the scenes royal snaps to the Queen and Prince Philipโs Twitter account.
They even share ourTV addictions, love of emojis and favourite foods.
One way the royals are just like us however is their love of nicknames, with some emerging just this week.
Prince Harry calls his new wife โMegโ, and the Duchess of Sussex and her pals reportedly refer to the 33-year-old prince as โHazโ, while Prince William calls his wife Kate Middleton, โBabeโ.
But it wasnโt either of the royal couplesโ nicknames for each other that got the world talking this week. Instead, it was Prince Harryโs nickname for his sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge.
The moniker of choice? โCathโ โ yes, itโs lovely.
Harry and Kate are known to be close, with Prince Harry reportedly asking his sister-in-law for her approval before he married Meghan. And now with theDuchess of Cambridge reportedly making a huge effortto take Meghan under her wing, we are sure that they are only getting closer.

Essential: an every day bag โ the no brainer โ that goes with everything. It doesnโt have to be black but it does have to be a colour that is versatile, big enough to lug around the daily necessities and sleek enough to endure trends year after year.
The Polished Shoe
This fail-safe heel bridges the gap between work and evening. Feminine, without being overtly sexy, try with jeans and a t-shirt, cigarette pants and tuxedo jacket or a slinky slip. Bonus: they elongate the leg, while the mid-heel is comfy enough to wear all day long.
The Belt
A black leather belt is essential in any wardrobe. Cinch in the waist of your favourite shirt dress or make it the feature of your next outfit by replacing the fabric tie on your trench with a matt leather version.
The Wallet
Often a womanโs first foray into luxury items, itโs best to keep it classic. The purchase doesnโt have to break the bank, but try and pick one that is made well enough to withstand daily wear and tear. A leather version will age with you and choosing a bold hue will mean you can leave the bag at home and carry it as a clutch on a night out.
The Loafer
Unquestionably the best option for transseasonal dressing and the days you want to feel put together/work ready. Comfortable but still cool (my favourite combination) and a great alternative to boots in chilly weather. Wear with cropped trousers or a skirt for a polished finish.
The Cross Body
A girls best friend, the cross body bag is always reliable. Easy and portable, take it straight from work to a Friday night gig, without having to do the frustrating bag change over (you always forget something important). A conventional shape means it will compliment any outfit and transcend trends.
The Boot
Synonymous with every style icon (Sienna Miller, Olivia Palermo, Alexa Chung- I could go on) the black leather boot is a wardrobe necessity for all women. Chic and effortless, the ankle version is flattering for all shapes and is more versatile than an on-trend over the knee. Wear with your favourite black skinnies or just about anything else you own.
The Watch
A true investment, the timepiece should be the accessory you keep for years. While it is an incredibly personal choice, we think you canโt go wrong by sticking with classic and elegant. A leather strap will outlast fabric and a traditional faceโ round, roman numerals, gold or silver hardwareโis timeless.
The Earring
The perfect earring is always a winner. Fine metals are subtle and trust us when we say they will give any outfit a chic finish. We absolutely love these rose gold earrings from Piagetโs Possession collection. Subtle and classy, they will add a touch of elegance to any outfit.
The Sunglasses
Black sunglasses have the ultimate staying power. An oversized frame gives a cool girl edge.

The Slip Dress
Layer your slip over your favourite white t-shirt or amp up the glam ร la Amber Heard in The Row โ just add heels. Worried that the cut wonโt work for your figure? Take your structured shirt dress from the office to Friday drinks with statement jewels and a pair of pumps a la Olivia Palermo in Dior.
The LBD
Ladies, let this failsafe look work for you! For an of-the-moment update take your cues from Margot Robbie in Ellie Saab by embracing the cold-shoulder trend.

Kick-Flare Denim
A pair of cropped kick flares are ideal when youโre feeling slightly experimental but donโt want to overhaul your whole look. Couple them with other exaggerated silhouettes (a bell sleeve or oversized shirt tucked in at the waist) and make sure to throw on a pair of heels to elongate the leg!
Workwear
This look is for sartorially savvy girls who want to refresh their work wardrobe. Olivia Palermo gives us a how-to in โ70s-inspired separates by Paul & Joe. The high cinched waist is eternally flattering and next to no pockets create a sleek silhouette.
Exaggerated Cuff
This trick of the Paris street style crew is a foolproof way to make use of those jeans that are way too long. Tuck in your top- to give yourself some extra shape and wear those mules youโve been dying to show off.
Fringe

Embroidery
Embellished denim adds a feminine edge. The high waisted, relaxed-fit screams 90s supermodel, while the multi-coloured florals means all they need is a white top- think either casual and comfortable or more different like this one!
Patchwork
When it comes to patches let the denim do the talking! Keep it simple and style your look with lightweight cottons or a chunky knit.
Distressed
Distressed denim is revamped when worn with delicate lace; the grunge and glam can be perfectly offset by your favourite heels.
Re-worked
Follow in the fashpackโs footsteps by rocking the re-worked jean. The step hem and centre panel make for the perfect optical illusion. Be sure to pull out all the stops when dressing up these beauties- more is more!

This new social media trend is the most futuristic yet: computer-generated avatars that look, talk and behave like real people.
Miquela Sousa has a constellation of freckles dusted right across her nose. Every week she posts a selfie featuring those freckles to 1.2 million followers via her booming Instagram account @Lilmiquela.
Miquela Sousa
She is 19 years old. She is a slashie, model-slash-singer-slash-influencer extraordinaire with two earwormy singles currently flirting with 1.5 million monthly streams on Spotify. She lives in Los Angeles. She gets hangovers, goes to the gym and loves ice cream and Alexander Wang and the religious experience that was โBeychellaโ.
โMy days vary depending on my mood,โ Miquela tells me over email. โI guess you could say Iโm a late riser. I usually get out of bed around 11.โ On an average day she heads to her music studio or catches up with friends. In the evenings she follows a strict routine: she washes her face (โIโve been told to never go to bed with a dirty face!โ), meditates and switches on her lavender oil diffuser. โWinding down at the end of the day is particularly tough for me,โ she explains. โBut Iโve found this routine really helps calm my mind.โ
So far, so normal. But Miquela is not like you or me. In her words, sheโs a robot designed by Brud, an enigmatic Californian company that specialises in โrobotics [and] artificial intelligenceโ, though many believe she is merely a digital avatar. Make no mistake: though she poses in real-world scenarios alongside real people, such as Australian influencer Margaret Zhang, and though she works with brands such as Prada and sat front row at its February fashion show. she is not a human being.
Margaret Zhang and Miquela Sousa
And sheโs not alone, either. Joining Miquela at the vanguard of this new trend of digitally manipulated influencers are Lawko, another Brud creation; Shudu, known as โthe worldโs first digital supermodelโ, who was created by a fashion photographer using 3D modelling technology; and Bermuda, a blonde, blue-eyed pro-Trump avatar.
The latter was even supposedly locked in a months-long feud with Miquela, hacking her account in April and forcing her to post an unsettling statement on Instagram. In it, Miquela admitted that she was โbuilt by a man named Daniel Cain in order to be a servantโ and bestowed with astonishing levels of artificial intelligence โ before Brud rescued her and โreprogrammedโ her to be free, never once telling her that she was a robot. Faced with the irrefutable evidence of her virtuality, Miquela had an existential crisis. โI feel so human,โ she wrote on Instagram. โI cry and I laugh and I dream โฆ Iโm so upset and afraid.โ
This isnโt an episode of Black Mirror. You havenโt stumbled into a robotics lab by mistake. This is all happening on Instagram. Today. And it could spell the future of the influencer industry.
Miquela Sousa
Three years ago, Cameron-James Wilson grew tired of London and, as the Samuel Johnson adage goes, he grew tired of life. After almost a decade as a fashion photographer, he believed that he was yet to produce a defining piece of work. โI felt that I hadnโt shown the world what I was capable of,โ the 29-year-old says.
So Wilson moved back home to his parentโs house in the British countryside, where high-fashion models tend to be thin on the ground. As an alternative he began working with a software platform called Daz 3D, which creates phenomenally lifelike digital art. In early 2017, after developing a few different female avatars, he had the idea for a striking picture: a South African woman from the Ndebele tribe wearing a many layered gold necklace. It took the photographer a few days at his computer to perfect the image. Thus, the worldโs first digital supermodel and Wilsonโs โmuseโ Shudu was born.
Almost immediately the image went viral. Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks and Alicia Keys all liked pictures of her on social media. A portrait of Shudu wearing a lurid orange lipstick from Rihannaโs Fenty Beauty was reposted on the brandโs Instagram account in February. In June, Shudu appeared on the cover of WWD, resplendent in a Cushnie et Ochs gown.
Digital model Shudu
But in recent months the conversation around Shudu has shifted from her other-worldly beauty to the racial implications of Wilsonโs work. โA white photographer figured out a way to profit off of black women without ever having to pay one,โ read a viral Tweet from February, summing up the controversy.
โWhen you create art, itโs always going to be controversial,โ Wilson says, by way of reply. โI think representation in the fashion industry is a valid discussion and Iโm glad people are having it. But I think itโs a little misinformed and misdirected at Shudu.โ
When you type Miquela into Google, the top autofill result you see is: โIs Miquela real?โ The question has haunted Miquela since she first began posting in April 2016. Sheโs just uncanny valley enough, with her shiny chestnut-coloured bob, lacquered pout and cute sprinkling of freckles. Even after that tearful statement, many of her followers remain committed to their belief in Miquelaโs humanity. You can almost hear them yelling: โPay no attention to that man behind the curtain!โ
Miquela works with several fashion brands but claims the collaborations are unpaid.
The Miquelites, as her fans call themselves, believe she is a real person who distorts her face. โBut, like, who doesnโt edit their pictures?โ one acolyte on Miquelaโs Instagram argues. Miquela has never revealed exactly how her posts manage to seamlessly blend the virtual (digital face) and the real (shadows, prominent LA backdrops). Some have suggested that a woman is photographed in situ, someone has to be writing those captions, right? while a computer program manipulates the final image. Other commenters are stuck on the idea of Miquela as a physical, bolts and screws robot, which is what she herself claims to be. โItโs sad a robot has more outfits than me,โ one fan sighed. Shuduโs followers believe she is real, too. A skincare brand, enamoured of her flawless complexion, once sent in products for her to try.
If you can channel such an intimate connection without needing to riff off a shared humanity, it raises the question: why not do away with human influencers and have these CGI avatars instead?
The problem is authenticity, the foundation upon which the influencer community is built. This $2.7 billion industry is premised upon believing that you are reading a real personโs real, keenly felt opinions about this particular mascara or that particular brand of yoghurt. Take that away and what are you left with?
โI struggle to see how much impact CGI influencers will have here,โ says Natalie Giddings, managing director of influencer marketing platform The Remarkables Group. โTrust is the key capital at stake. Will a customer believe the product claims of a skincare product from a make-believe person? I doubt itโฆ People connect with real people,โ she asserts.
But Victoria Harrison, co-founder of The Exposure Co., disagrees. โAs long as the CGI influencer has a voice, an opinion to share, and are transparent about the fact they arenโt a real human, followers can get the same value from them as they do other online influencers,โ she says.
https://www.instagram.com/p/BggSZmGgGaU/?hl=en
Australiaโs own โhumanโ influencers are unfazed, too. โThe introduction of trends like CGI influencers into the industry shouldnโt be something to be feared,โ says Carmen Hamilton, founder of fashion blog Chronicles of Her. โWhat a very 2018 thing to be afraid of, huh,โ adds the influencer, who has more than 300,000 followers on Instagram. โThereโs enough bandwidth for everyone!โ Miquela assures me, when I pose the question to her.)
Wilson, for his part, doesnโt believe that itโs a question of the virtual replacing or overtaking the actual. Considering the time and the money that goes into each image of Shudu, about three days for a still portrait, more for animation not to mention the hours spent by external platform CLO 3D creating each garment she wears, Wilson says itโs not cheaper to use Shudu at all. โItโs just a completely different way of creating fashion imagery,โ he stresses.
Miquela said in an interview in February that she has โnever been paidโ to wear clothes but that she does get sent โfree stuffโ from brands. But since then the influencer has helmed her two biggest campaigns thus far. The first was Milan Fashion Week with Prada. Then in May, Miquela fronted a campaign for Outdoor Voices, the insanely popular American athleisure start-up. Itโs unclear if she was compensated for either, but according to New York magazine a US influencer of Miquelaโs size could be earning up to $10,000 USD per post. If she did receive a fee, not disclosing it would be illegal, according to the US Federal Trade Commission. Similar laws apply in Australia, where the Association of National Advertisers calls for โclearly distinguishable advertisingโ and breaches are punishable with fines of up to $220,000 per post.
But who, exactly, would be liable? A digital creation? โIt would depend on who is responsible for creating and operating the avatar, as well as the brand that is being endorsed,โ explains Paul Gordon, social media lawyer from NDA Law. โBoth could be liable. The challenge would be tracking them down.โ The main legal concern, he adds, is that virtual influencers โare deceiving people into thinking that [they are] a real person who is enjoying whatever product it is. If this is not disclosed, and the endorsements arenโt disclosed, I think there is a real possibility they would be in breach of Australian Consumer Law.โ
Undaunted, Wilson believes there will soon be more CGI avatars like Shudu and Miquela. โA lot of people who have reached out to me to collaborate are more interested in creating their own avatars,โ he says. โThatโs what fashion houses are really interested in. They donโt want to work with a digital model, they want to create a digital model.โ
This is a vision of the future that Miquela wants to see play out. โItโs an exciting moment to witness,โ she says, in response to the three email questions I was permitted to ask her via her managers. โI think when we work together, both human and robot, we can be a part of a powerful movement.โ
What movement that is, exactly, remains to be seen. Miquela mentions โspreading positivity and awarenessโ in our interview, and her Instagram account is littered with mentions of causes including Black Lives Matter.
But Hamilton suggests that Miquelaโs ultimate purpose might in fact be dismantling the myth that social media is an accurate representation of anything. โInstagram is predicated on the idea of authenticity of offering this backstage pass,โ she says. โBut I think it should be pretty apparent by now that what the platform actually offers is a filtered, tightly edited version of our lives.
โMiquela is quite obviously not human, and she doesnโt claim to be,โ she adds. โIn a way, I guess that almost makes her more authentic. What you see is what you get.โ

When Kendall Jenner steps into a party in a form-fitting wet-look minidress, heads turn. Not just at the party, but across the globe.
Pics are posted to social media and plastered across news sites, spawning a legion of copycat dressers. Celebrity stylists take note, hatching plans to get their clients snapped in the next hot brand.
Itโs a cycle thatโs seen long-time local fashion favourite Bec & Bridge, founded in 2003 by Sydney duo Becky Cooper and Bridget Yorston, evolve into an international It-girl go-to โ seemingly overnight.
The Slick Rick number Kendall wore to her sister Kylieโs 21st on the weekend wasnโt the labelโs first high-profile rodeo. Last year, Kim Kardashian posed for family photos in one of the brandโs slinky champagne slips, and Kylie caused a sartorial stir in an ice-blue mini.
Then there are fellow fans Gigi Hadid, Hailey Baldwin, Selena Gomez, Em Rata, Kaia Gerber โฆ Basically the full LA style set.
And as they parade around in their figure-hugging frocks and floral wrap dresses โ both Bec & Bridge signatures โ weโll delight in one important detail. Sorry Kendall, but we wore it first.

Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cummins is about as far from your typical Bachelor as they come. The lovable former Wallabies winger, known for his witty one-liners, is a certified bogan, complete with a moustache, long hair and lots of shakas.
Undoubtedly a brilliant choice for us Down Under, but almost certain to leave any Americans who come across this season very intrigued/concerned/confused.
While the Honey Badger is a refreshing addition to the reality TV dating show, a few of the contestants were taken aback when they failed to see a Tim Robards lookalike awaiting them at the mansion.
Contestant Vanessa Sunshine was quick to condemn Cumminsโ moustache and wondered aloud what heโd look like without it.
Prompting the question, what does he look like without it?
Despite vowing he would now never shave his moustache off when prompted by The Project hosts earlier this week, there was a time the Badg went without his famous face of hair.

We might only be two episodes into this yearโs Bachelor, but 23-year-old Brooke Blurton has already set herself up as a clear front-runner for the final rose.
The Youth Worker โ and the showโs first indigenous contestant โ took Bachelor Nick Cummins by surprise with her bubbly energy and love of sports and the pair shared a moment during last nightโs group date. However as Cummins himself noted, there is โvulnerabilityโ behind her eyes.
The West Australian Beauty has opened up about her difficult upbringing and the tragedy that shaped her childhood and how she is using it to inspire others.
โI donโt have a lot of family, unfortunately,โ she told OK! magazine.
โMum and Nan dying when I was younger and having to grow up without any parents (was the hardest thing).โ
Earlier this year, Brooke opened up further about her childhood, speaking with SBSโ Noongar Dandjoo community TV program about her work within the Aboriginal community, her passion for raising awareness for mental health and how she hasnโt let her own past define her.
โI grew up in a country town in Carnarvon. I spent my childhood there up until I was about 11, when my mum, unfortunately, passed away โ she committed suicide,โ she told host Neil Coyne.
โMy nan actually passed away a month later so us kids had to separate. All my brothers and [me], we didnโt really have a lot of strong role models so creating that myself was my inspiration.โ
โMy biggest passion in life is mental health, from working and growing up with a lot of drug and alcohol violence in my childhood really,โ she said.
โI had an older sister who suffered from schizophrenia so growing up that was pretty complicated and then losing mum to suicide.
โIt wasnโt until I kind of experienced my own mental health problem that I was like โthis is somethingโ.โ
Itโs refreshing to see a Bachelor contender who stands for something important and hopes to use the platform the show provides for something more than just Instagram fame.

Last night on The Bachelor Australia saw Nick โHoney Badgerโ Cummins go on the first single dates of the season.
After a romantic beach picnic with Shannon, Nick surprised the women by turning up to the mansion and taking Romy out for lunch at his uncleโs pizza restaurant in Manly.
But the afternoon quickly went from plain awkward โ Romy forgetting Uncle Mikeโs name and some confusion over jalapenos โ to the 29-year-old attempting to kiss the Honey Badger, ignoring the verbal and non-verbal cues that he wasnโt into it.
โOnly thing for me is that I like to hold off a bit and establish a real connection and try and make it more meaningful,โ Nick said, as he tried to diffuse the situation on the couch.
But Romy continued, managing to kiss Nick on the lips before he turned away and she continued to kiss his neck.
Furthermore, that night at the cocktail party, Romy again asked for alone time with Nick, before kissing his neck and lying all over him.
Though Nick, again, diffused the situation before it went any further, many are pointing out how different peopleโs reactions would have been if the situations had been reversed and a man had forced himself on a woman multiple times in one evening.
โItโs calculated and willful ignorance of a personโs signals and interest levels, this is not okay in 2018โ one person wrote on Twitter.
โShe kind of forced that situationโฆ consent is a thing,โ another said.
With all the conversations about consent spurring from the #MeToo movement, itโs more important than ever that we establish a clear, universal understanding that if someone doesnโt seem wholeheartedly into it, if they are too drunk to properly consent (no matter whether itโs your first night meeting them or if youโre married to them), if itโs not a resounding YES, it is a no.

US President Donald Trump has been slammed for his โtastelessโ tribute to legendary singer Aretha Franklin, who passed away at her home in Detroit yesterday.
Firstly, the POTUS took to Twitter to share his condolences.
โThe Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, is dead,โ he wrote. โShe was a great woman, with a wonderful gift from God, her voice. She will be missed!โ
The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, is dead. She was a great woman, with a wonderful gift from God, her voice. She will be missed!
However, he should have left it there, as later when speaking to the press ahead of a cabinet meeting, it all went downhill.
โI want to begin today by expressing my condolences to the family of a person I knew well,โ Trump said.
โShe worked for me on numerous occasions. She was terrific โ Aretha Franklin โ on her passing. She brought joy to millions of lives and her extraordinary legacy will thrive and inspire many generations to come.
โShe was given a great gift from God โ her voice, and she used it well. People loved Aretha. She was a special woman. So just want to pass on my warmest best wishes and sympathies to her family.โ
While it remains unclear what the President meant by his claim that the singer โworkedโ for him, some reports suggest he could be referring to that fact that she performed at his Trump Castle Casino in 1988 as well as the Trump Taj Mahal Casino in the 1990s.
The White House has not responded to questions over the statement.
Unsurprisingly, the statement did not go down well and has been slammed online as tasteless, disrespectful and racist.
โฆโฆ.worked for him?? Does he mean he once paid her for a private performance (which is common with many celebrities; Bruno Mars once performed at a party for $1M)? Because that is the only way this statement would make sense.
2. I'm assuming Queen Aretha, at some point, did a show at one of Trump's casinos..I can't figure out any other way she would have worked for him and of course I can't fathom why anyone would make that reference on the day one of the most important women in music passed away.
News from today: Trump thinks Aretha Franklin "worked for" him, and Trump's Ego Parade is now going to cost almost $100M. The effing gall of this man disgusts me to my very core.

Ah, the โ90s: an era filled with the Spice Girls, Brad and Jen, and a lot of questionable fashion choices. Though weโre seeing a resurgence of some of the defining โ90s fashion trends, such as double denim and baggy jeans in the form of mum jeans and Leviโs 501s, there are other โ90s outfits weโre hoping stay buried safely in our long-forgotten family photo albums.
Below, we count down the fashion that โ for better or for worse (mostly for worse) โ defined the 1990s.
13. Flared jeans
Remember the days when you could never imagine wearing straight-legged jeans?
12. Platform sneakers
The Spice Girls defined 1990s fashion, but how did they walk without falling over?
11. Knee-high socks
Extra points if theyโre striped and mismatched (no? just me?).
10. Crushed velvet
Princess Diana can do no wrong.
9. Chokers
Sure, they made a brief comeback a few years ago, but none in the form of the OG black plastic we once adored.
8. Mood rings
True or false: you 100% believed mood rings were accurate?
7. Pleated skirts โ most likely plaid or denim
Avril Lavigne, a โ90s style icon.
6. Boob tubes
Extra points if it was from Supre.
5. Scrunchies
Best worn with hair half up half down.
4. Anything Roxy
Let us reiterate that, anything Roxy.
3. Scarf tops
Insider tip: scarf tops could be making a comeback this summer โ you heard it here first.

Weโve all seen the adorable photos of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, with Kate Middleton and Prince William releasing official portraits to mark milestone moments in their childrenโs lives.
Itโs pretty hard to stop your heart melting a little bit when you see the snap of Princess Charlotte waving or Prince Louisโ first official portrait.
But you might not know that, contrary to royal tradition, Kensington Palace previously revealed that it is often Kate behind the camera.
Yes thatโs right, not only did she do the school run the day after giving birth to Prince Louis, sheโs also basically a professional photographer.
Kate reportedly has a real love for photography but thatโs not the only reason she opts to take the snaps herself instead of hiring a photographer.
Will and Kate have an understanding with the British media that lets them share portraits of these special moments in exchange for general privacy for their children day to day.
โNothing is a given, but in terms of managing to keep a good relationship with the British media, itโs in William and Kateโs interest to release photosโ, royal commentator Victoria Arbiter told Cosmopolitan.
Meanwhile, weโre just wondering if thereโs anything she canโt do.

Legendary singer Aretha Franklin has died, aged 76, from advanced pancreatic cancer, her publicist has confirmed.
The Queen of Soul passed away at her home in Detroit on Thursday morning, surrounded by her family and loved ones.
โFranklinโs official cause of death was due to advanced pancreatic cancer of the neuroendocrine type, which was confirmed by Franklinโs oncologist, Dr Philip Phillips of Karmanos Cancer Instituteโ in Detroit,โ her family said in a statement.
โIn one of the darkest moments of our lives, we are not able to find the appropriate words to express the pain in our heart,โ the statement continued.
โWe have lost the matriarch and rock of our family. The love she had for her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins knew no bounds.โ
Franklinโs career spanned more than five decades and influenced generations with her incredible voice and powerful message. She won 18 Grammy Awards and was the first female performer to be inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with numerous hit songs including โRespectโ, โ(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Womanโ, โChain of Foolsโ and โThinkโ to name a few.

The greatest voice in American popular music has been stilled. Our beloved #ArethaFranklin has gone. For me, she was a musical lighthouse, guiding and inspiring with every note. I loved her so and love her still. Goodbye, Queen of Soul.
This photo was taken in 2012 when Aretha & I performed at a tribute celebration for our friend Marvin Hamlisch. Itโs difficult to conceive of a world without her. Not only was she a uniquely brilliant singer, but her commitment to civil rights made an indelible impact on the world pic.twitter.com/Px9zVB90MM

Have you ever just โpopped intoโ Zara, only to find yourself sifting through the racks for what feels like an entire lifetime? Us too!
An insider at the brandโs head office (who wishes to remain anonymous) recentlyrevealeda few tips for getting in and out of Zara, bargain in hand, in less than 15-minutes. Thank us later!
โVisiting Zara when it opens in the morning is a good idea, as you will be able to appreciate how our merchandisers prep the store before all the other customers arrive. Our merchandisers work their magic on store layouts every week, so donโt get stuck on the idea that one section is better than the others.โ
โThe store is set up in a way where collections are presented in little โboutiquesโ with styling recommendationsโincluding shoes, bags, and accessories (you might have noticed we donโt have a separate section for shoes or bags). So before just going through the racks of clothing throughout the store, I recommend you take the time to look at these boutiques so you can fully appreciate the collectionsโyou might find some inspiration.โ
โAll stores get two deliveries at the beginning and end of each week, but our flagship storesโPitt Street in Sydney, Queen Street in Brisbane, Murray St in Perth and Bourke Street in Melbourneโwill normally get more stock and limited-edition pieces.โ
โHigh-trend pieces from the womenโs section can sell out quickly at the Pitt Street and Bondi Junction stores (in Sydney), this is because we have all the stylists and fashion editors shopping in these stores.โ
